GoogleI could not Imagine a more helpful and organised team than the dandara one, everything is just spot on perfect, if you have an issue it’s resolved right away and the facilities such as the gym, are always immaculate. The team and Vicky in particular are such an asset, she really knows the way to reach people’s heart 🧚 best place I have ever lived in Uk

GoogleThe worst reception service I have ever received. Tried to collect my parcel on 3rd April at night. The male receptionist can’t find the parcel and just pressed collect in the system. Very bad attitude and unprofessional. The third time I lost my parcel now.

GoogleMy daughter recently moved to Chapel Wharf, she wanted city centre location but chapel wharf looked lovely and only a few minutes from the centre of the city walking. Of course moving out of the family home she was nervous. We arrived at Chapel Wharf on her moving in day and we were warmly welcomed by Cristian and Daniel, whilst she was completing her move in documents which was explained every step of the process we were offered a tea or coffee. We were then shown the facilities offered and taken up to her new home. Such a lovely apartment, very clean, bright and airy. The boys explained how to use the different appliances and the Wi-Fi (which is included in the rental) what was brilliant was the welcome gift given which contains a number of products. It’s a great location, really nice staff and facilities including the gym and communal areas look well maintained.

GoogleWe stayed in a two bedroom apartment in Chapman House for almost 2 years. The facilities are terrific, fresh, neat and clean. We had a lovely stay. This is a perfect location for someone new to Manchester and Salford -- close to the excitement of the city, but just far enough to be quiet and peaceful.

GoogleExpensive but well laid out flats, very convenient for the city centre. 24 hour concierge service, very helpful and pleasant! There is now a parcel collection point in an adjacent building with a TV room, same building as the gym.

GoogleI wanted to say a massive thank you to the team at Dandara living especially for Beth for helping me find this flat and Swaran for helping me with all my boxes! I have moved to Manchester for a new job and it’s not even been a month but I really feel at home. The flat is so cosy and nice and a great location with literally a 5 min walk to town. I highly recommend this building for anyone looking to find a community and friendly staff to help with any of your requests. 😊

GoogleI recently moved to Manchester for a new job, and it was the first time I was going to live alone which frightened me a bit. I chose this place as it is very cosy and homely. I haven’t been here for long, but I already feel like home and the Dandara Living team made that possible. First of all, anytime you need help with anything ie supermarket deliveries or just advice in general, there’s always someone around to help. Secondly, as soon as I moved in, they welcomed me with a surprise welcome card and a welcome home sign in the kitchen. Immediately felt Comfortable. The team is also very organised and it’s very easy to book a flat with them. Would definitely recommend to anyone !PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
