GoogleAs everyone knows it's stressful moving but with Emily and especially Dewi with their calm and professional attitude and most of all personable, had a lot of good laughs with Dewi. I was set with another Estate agency at first but changed my mind at the last minute and I am so glad I did. I felt they had my best interest at heart. Dewi was always available and kept me up to date throughout the process. Big 5 stars to Peter Anthony Estate agents. ❤️

GooglePeter Anthony Estate and Letting Agents, Salford, are my 'go to' letting agents. I have been using their letting services for over 12 years to market my property and find a tenant. I have always found Dewi, Lewis and Yaseen to be very professional in all their dealings with my property. They all have a wealth of local knowledge and experience in the rented property market and use their expertise to help landlords find suitable tenants for their properties. Dewi and all the team were very responsive to any questions I had and kept me informed at every stage of the letting process. Yaseen always kept me informed about the progress of each viewing on my property. He also explained the documentation involved and new government legislation. Lewis has a wealth of knowledge concerning the legal requirements that a landlord has to comply with and helped me navigate a potentially difficult situation with humour. I have no hesitation in recommending Prestige Property as a letting agent. They will always be my letting agents of choice!

GoogleDewi is the best ! Very professional guy! Always gave a call back to update me on the whole process unlike Greg who wasn’t friendly..Greg made me feel like i was stressing him.. he rarely replied to emails and calls, wouldnt pick my call to his official line unless i called the general office line and he picks by mistake and its me!! GoogleI recently moved to Manchester and was in search of my first rental. Yaseen welcomed me into the office on a Sunday, which was incredibly accommodating. He was kind, patient, and walked me through the entire process, addressing all my queries as I wasn’t familiar with the system here. Thanks to his help, I was able to secure a studio apartment quickly and with ease. Highly recommend his services to anyone looking for reliable and professional support !!

GoogleI am a landlord of a property in Manchester which is managed by the Salford branch of 4U Lettings. Since day one of managing my buy-to-let property 4U Lettings have provided me with both a professional and speedy service from every staff member I have dealt with. In recent months my buy-to-let needed some extensive damp works need doing. A member of staff named Natalie P worked alongside 4U's contractors in order to get the works done as quickly, smoothly and cost effectively as possible. Natalie is a tremendous asset to the Salford branch. To any landlord out there who is looking for a excellent service in having their property managed then I can highly recommend 4U Lettings.
