Hello, We apologise that you feel you did not have a great service with us. From looking at the records and the issues you had reported we have sent numerous contractors out and fixed issues throughout your tenancy, so I am unsure why you have said we did nothing to help. We filled in your reference last week when we were contacted, and gave you a good reference. This will have been received by your referencing company.
