GoogleI recently sold my apartment with Peter Anthony and cannot praise them enough. We had endless problems and delays with my buyers solicitor and boy Rhiannon and Dewi were amazing at chasing this up. Possibly over 100 emails and calls from them both to ensure everything was completed is no exaggeration. They were always happy to take my call and were really quick with responses. If it wasn’t for them I’m not sure we would have moved yet. Cannot thank them or recommend them enough!

GoogleI used Peter Anthony to sell my mother's flat for her. From the valuation through to completion, I received excellent service and communication from all concerned especially Dewi and Rhiannon. They conducted all the viewings themselves without any involvement from me as I do not live locally. There were a couple of offers made within a very short time of the property going on the market and once I accepted, the process went smoothly. I wouldn't hesitate to use Peter Anthony again should the need arise.

GoogleViewed 3 houses from this company and all with Violet, first impressions were great and greeted with a friendly face, I was give n all information in detail and felt extremely comfortable discussing what me And my wife were looking for and she really did try her best to meet our needs compared to other places where we have been and felt left wanting on a number of occasions. Overall we didn’t end up choosing either house but will continue to look through Peter Anthony as all service I got was impeccable and could Not fault it. Thank you Violet we will be in touch.

GoogleThey are polite, attentive and provide an excellent service. A small office in Salford they work from but they are a great team. You can speak to any one of them and they will give you help unlike some agencies who leave everything exclusively to one person and feign ignorance when they choose not to help even though they could if they wanted to. The information Peter Anthony provides concerning the tenants and their terms of business is thorough and clear. I was really impressed with the amount of detail they went into concerning the tenants they provided me. They only seek quality tenants and not just any tenant that passes by. They want to make sure their client's interests comes first the way it should be and not just ticking boxes and reaching targets. This shows how they go out of their way to provide a quality service. Thank you Yaseen, Dewi and the rest of the team.
Hi Mohib, thank you so much for taking the time for leaving us such a great review, we appreciate your great feedback. Warm wishes. Peter Anthony - Salford Letting Agents

GoogleDewi at Peter Anthony has been the kindest, most proactive and helpful estate agent I've every met. He has been incredibly reliable, and very good at communicating with us. The entire way through the purchasing process of our flat Dewi has been very supportive and responsive to any queries we've had. To give you an example, even after we had finished the purchasing process he still came over to try and help us to open a door that was jammed shut - unfortunately we need a locksmith - but Dewi has even been kind enough to find us someone he recommends. We really cannot speak highly enough of Dewi, so therefore if you are going to use Peter Anthony Estate Agents, I'd recommend a special request for him if possible ;)
Hi Nathan, thank you so much for leaving us a 5-Star review, all the best in your new home. Warm wishes, Peter Anthony - Estate Agents Salford

GoogleYaseen is a consummate professional. He is the type of agent you want when you want to move into a new house. The whole process was seamless. His attention to details is top-notch. He covered every aspect of the move and provided every possible information that we would need. Yaseen obviously cares about the interests of both landlords and tenants. His efforts really helped us to settle in into our new house quickly and easily.

GoogleRecently used Peter Anthony to sell a property and found them to be efficient and kept us up to date about viewings and outcomes. They were also very good in mediating with a potential buyer and chasing for updates during the conveyancing process. Thanks to Rhiannon and Dewi!

GoogleI would like to thank Dewi for all his time, efforts and patience with my Mum when she decided to put her house up for sale to move near us, her family in a little bungalow. Unfortunately she had to pull out due to personal reasons & I never got chance to speak to Dewi again personally to thank him & tell him we appreciated everything he did & how quickly he managed to get a buyer for my mum. With my mum being elderly I was the one inbetween dealing with transactions things like that. Dewi kept us up to date & was very understanding of my Mum's situation. I would highly recommend selling with this company.

GoogleDewi, our Estate Agent, has gone above and beyond to get us to the completion of selling our house. If I could give him another 5 stars I 100% would. This has been an incredibly drawn out procedure due to the incompetence of the buyers' solicitors, but Dewi has done everything in his power to get this done in time for our completion date. He has always made himself available, provided us with regular updates, challenged the buyers' solicitors when they went radio silence on us, and chased the buyers to put pressure on the solicitors to get this done. My wife and I cannot thank Dewi enough for his professionalism, dedication, collaboration and patience. He is an absolute expert and I would recommend him to absolutely everyone. If you need an Estate Agent who is going to really go the extra mile, Dewi is THAT person. Dewi, you're an absolute legend and we're indebted to your support. Thank you so much for everything, you really are a star.

GoogleI have had an excellent experience from the outset with ‘Peter Anthony’, from when I viewed the property to understanding and completing the application process including responding promptly to any questions or queries, I had about the tenancy. Yaseen Hassan was extremely helpful at all times, liaising with the landlord to ensure I was able to move in at the earliest opportunity. Yaseen’s professionalism made this a stress-free experience and I would highly recommend the ‘Peter Anthony’ team for their fantastic service!

GoogleWe had a troublesome sale. Not due to the estate agents but due to the buyers 'financial guidance'. Dewi, from the Salford Branch, ensured we were always updated, gave solid advice about all aspects of the sale journey and above all was totally trustworthy. You don't get many opportunities to sell a property but he and all the staff from Peter Anthony made it a breeze, from the initial consultation to the friendly message to say it was heading over the line. Thank you. And if you are reading this because you are interested in using them, do it. You won't regret it.

GoogleI recently rented a house through Peter Anthony Estate Agents & Letting Agents, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The team at Peter Anthony made the entire process smooth and hassle-free. The property itself is in fantastic condition and was cleaned and prepared before I moved in. The agency's dedication to maintaining quality properties is evident. Additionally, the lease agreement was clear and easy to understand, making the transition into my new home seamless. I want to express my gratitude to Peter Anthony Estate Agents for their outstanding service. I highly recommend their services to anyone in search of a reliable and customer-oriented agency. Thank you once again to the entire team at Peter Anthony!

GoogleFinding a new home, doing all of the paperwork and filling in references can be one of the most stressful experiences you can go through - Thats before you actually move your stuff! However, Yaseen was an excellent estate agent! He made the whole process from viewing the property, right up to sending us the inventory an easy and anxiety-free experience. He made us feel comfortable and listened to any concerns/questions we had and got answers for us very promptly. On top of his efficiency, he was a lovely guy to deal with because he spoke to us like an actual human! (a lot of people struggle with this, unfortunately) which is the cherry on top of an already excellent journey. We wish you luck Yaseen and thank you for your help! Megan & Family

GoogleLovely experience buying a flat with Peter Anthony. As a first time buyer it was all very new to me, but Dewi and Rhiannon were both very helpful and able to answer any questions I had, helping to ensure the process was as smooth as it could be from start to finish! Would definitely recommend.

GoogleThe most professional and helpful estate agents I’ve ever dealt with. Dewi & Rhiannon made the purchase of our first home extremely smooth and easy, even when there were delays from the solicitors, they kept the communication going to help things along. Would highly recommend.

GoogleYaseen was amazing when helping us find a new rental property. He answered all the questions we had, helped find solutions as my partner is self employed so naturally it is more difficult to rent with this but he had a brilliant solution for us, and negotiated things with the landlord. Yaseen was really helpful and I’d recommend him to anyone looking to move into a new property.

GoogleI have been extremely impressed with the level of detail and effort Yaseen has given to the process of finding us a suitable tenant for the property. After bad experiences with previous agencies and tenants, Peter Anthony, and in particular Yaseen, has been a breath of fresh air! Very responsive and professional, I would highly recommend them to any Landlord in the Salford / Manchester area.

GoogleAbsolutly great experience when we used Peter Anthony Estate Agents to sell our property in Eccles. Dewi and Rhiannon were both very professional to work with. From valuation to completion we received great customer service and most importantly communication was excellent. Their photos and 3D virtual walkthrough were fantastic - I would definitely use their services again and highly recommend them to anybody else!

GoogleYaseen was a truly amazing agent. From finding the property to handling the contract, he took care of everything with great care. I want to note here that if I were to rent a property again, I would definitely want to rely on him again, as he was truly a wonderful real estate agent.

GoogleYaseen is a very professional negotiator. As an overseas landlord, I was very upset when my original letting agents closed down. With the help of Yaseen and his team, the house was successfully transferred to Peter Anthony for continued management. The remaining tenancy has been completed, and a new tenancy has been started . I am really grateful to him.
