We recently purchased and moved into our dream house through Trading Places and I couldn't recommend them highly enough. Excellent service from start to finish, great communication, reassurance and fantastic end result. Marie was so helpful in explaining what we needed to do next and chased everyone to get the purchase completed during a very limited time that was available due to our vendor deadline. could not believe it will happen till the exchange date thanks to Lee, Marie and Fiona. Avoid this awful estate agent!!! The most awful estate agents I've ever dealt with, a complete lack of communication. Lies were told throughout the process about work being completed before we were moving in. Repeatedly told us they would call us back and then never bothered to respond to our emails or phone calls even after we had paid 6 months rent up front and they had charged us £400 agency fees which meant we were provided with a blank generic contract which was clearly a one size fits all.

Trading Places were amazing. From initial valuation, to the write up of our home to the viewings. All were carried out perfectly. There were a couple of tricky moments at the start of our sale (no fault of Trading Places) and the agents here managed them beautifully. Marie in particular was so professional, so proactive and kept me informed every step of the way. Trading Places found me a buyer within a coupe of weeks and ensured the sale went through from start to finish with so much ease, they made the whole selling process a million times easier for myself and my husband. I cannot thank them enough for what they have done for us. I would recommend Trading Places in a heart beat to anyone wishing to sell their home.

Thousands thanks to Fiona who managed the property purchase with her fantastic services, you were very kind with us to answer all questions and explain everything during the property viewing and purchase progress, we always got quick responses. Fiona has managed our first house purchase, she is professional to deal with both sides solicitors to manage the purchase progress as quickly as possible, it took less than 8 weeks to exchange the contract and it was shorter than we expected, all the staff and especially Fiona used to give us the update of where we were up to during the purchase progress. They are all keen, helpful and friendly persons. We got her congratulations once the contract exchanged. Fiona worked very hard to make sure everything are correct and legal. I cannot fault the amount of effort Marie put in to the sale of our house. She was always chasing and keeping us up to date. Even when Marie went on holiday, her colleague Fiona picked up where she left off, and both were responsive when we contacted them.
