Hello Jane, Thank you for your feedback. I would like to reassure you that here at Reeds Rains Sale we do accept tenants with benefit income. When we qualify a tenants income at first point of contact, we do our utmost to match you to a property that suits your requirements as well as the landlords. Where a landlord will consider a tenant who claims benefits, we would be able to offer you a viewing as long as you meet our other qualifying criteria. If you would like to call our office on 0161 962 4548, we can discuss your needs with you further. Kind Regards, Alex Mantle - Lettings Manager

GoogleI am generally skeptical when dealing with letting agents but was pleasantly surprised when dealing with Reeds Rains or more specifically, Alex Mantel who assisted me with letting out a property. He was extremely professional and did a good job with managing expectations.

GoogleMade buying our first home very straightforward, last minute viewing requests were arranged without fuss and Rachel helped us hugely in arranging our mortgage and navigating the choppy waters that are confusing for first time buyers. Recommended!

GoogleI add appointment (booked on saturday)to view house today 28/01/2019 at 5pm. And after 2 days they call me today 1 hour before the appointment to cancel the view, without any apology or manners. Is the worst experience ever
