Terrible underhand service. They took four weeks from taking my deposit to eventually telling me they wasn’t giving me the property. They wouldn’t give me my deposit back then they put it on the market for 2 1/2 thousand pounds more per annum. That seems almost illegal

GoogleSplendid service before, and throughout the sales process. Potential buyers were found very quickly and numerous viewings lead to a speedy sale, and at an excellent price which exceeded our expectations. The amount of effort put in by JF to sell this house justified their commission fee without doubt. (So glad we didn't go down the "newer routes" becoming more popular on the basis of lower selling costs.) As sellers, WE made the mistake of choosing a conveyancing solicitor on-line. This caused no end of problems and delays for us, our buyers, and for JF. Fortunately, all the JF staff, without exception, dealt with these frustrating complications with total professionalism. We would not hesitate to recommend Jordan Fishwick.

horrible experience with them, I was referred to their agent to take out first time buyer mortgage, would not be of any help to move things forward, simply made seller change his mind about the sale over the fact that we simply were not familiar how the purchase work even though we had the money and everything in place,

GoogleIf you are looking to sell your house in a quick and professional manner then Jordan Fishwick are the agents for you. We had a number of potential buys lined up within hours of putting our house on the market. Chris, Amy, Heather and the rest of the team kept us fully informed during the process and all appointments were confirmed by text or e-mail and grouped together to minimize disruption. We had in excess of ten very interested parties and sold the house within 2 weeks of it being advertised. Once we agreed the sale they guided us through the rest of the process which helped us to relax and look forward to moving into our dream home.

ALWAYS make sure you take pictures on the first day you move in and on the last day you leave.After suffering from dirt, mold, flooding, damp carpets and a dodgy boiler a couple of times a year, they tried to withhold our deposit 😂 They tried, but failed, and returned our deposit in full.Luckily we’ll never have to rent again and have now purchased our first house together.Do your homework, take your pictures.

Horrendous service from the Manchester branch from Nick Wan. Nick on the call was extremely rude and unprofessional with a demeaning tone. I asked for some information regarding a property and the gentleman on the call was constantly insulting and insinuating that I could not afford the property, why would I enquire if I couldn’t afford it?!

She will get the job done, I used her many times and I have a lot of house on buy to let mortgage and she sort it out every time.
