Hi, I’m Sam, Thanks so much for choosing to start your moving journey with EweMove Estate & Lettings Agents in Sale. I am really excited to tell you a little more about us. Since moving to Sale Moor in 2007, As a family, we are very much invested in our town. Our children are educated within Sale Schools, our family are members of Sale FC Rugby Club, our dog is walked in the vast range of parks in the town and we can often be found in Stanley Square enjoying the large array of restaurants, bars, and shops we are now lucky enough to have. I have had a successful career to date working first in Hospitality, and then the last 10 years working for medium-sized house builders. It is the dream combination of a solid understanding of the real estate market, and the complex process of house buying and selling combined with a hard-wired desire to “Serve” and to take care of my customers. It is a great privilege to be part of such an important moment in time for people. A new home is always the beginning of a new chapter. However, it can be challenging to navigate and sometimes stressful, which is why I enjoy working in a way that can provide support and advice. Ewemove offers a 24/7 approach. This means that I don’t keep outdated office hours and will be there to help you when you need it. I am really proud to be able to serve our local communities with the fantastic customer service we’re renowned for, and I am very much looking forward to helping you when the time comes.

They both have such a calm approach to their work with nothing too much trouble. They take the stress out of buying/selling a house, and have the gift of getting the best deal every time. FacebookSelling my house in Central Salford during a divorce was far from easy, but Pete and Sam were absolutely exceptional throughout the whole process. Always transparent, easy to reach, and genuinely a delight to speak to. Beyond being amazing professionals, they are truly incredible human beings with beautiful hearts. I honestly could not recommend them enough and I’ll always be grateful for all the support, care and kindness they showed me during such a difficult time.

From the very first viewing they were proactive and helpful with every aspect of the process. Whatsapp group set up on Day 1, super-quick responses to any/all queries and consistently went the 'extra mile' to ensure bumps in the road were navigated with the utmost professionalism and consideration Despite considerable shortcomings with the Estate Agent we were making the sale of our previous property (as well as a number of solicitor/search related challenges to overcome) Pete & Sam went out of their way to ensure things kept moving - and we were able to get the keys to our dream home in time for Christmas Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them - they really are top of their field and charming, friendly and supportive. They successfully executed a highly effective launch and secured a buyer within just four days. The subsequent sales process was significantly streamlined due to their involvement. Communication was consistently excellent; the ability to reach the team 24/7 proved invaluable. When a complication arose regarding property searches, Sam & Pete provided a proactive alert on a Saturday evening, enabling us to organize the necessary documentation and address the issue promptly at the start of the next business day. Their approach is highly professional, consistently helpful, and focused on maintaining transaction momentum. The unique service they provide really is a breath of fresh air and contrasts sharply with less accessible, conventional agencies. We highly recommend their services to anyone seeking a proactive and highly engaged estate agency experience.
