Myself and my partner moved all the way from London to Manchester which to begin with was very daunting and taxing. Every single other estate agent we worked with were abrasive and generally unhelpful with a lack of understanding towards our situation. Time was running out and we were still struggling to come to an agreement with anyone. Thats when we met Sam and Pete. From the first phone call, Sam was nothing but helpful and friendly with a level of professionalism that put us at ease whilst also making sure to not make false promises. Over the course of a few weeks, Sam and Pete managed to find us a home beyond what we were imagining for ourselves in the perfect area and guided us through all of the processes smoothly. There were zero complications and they went above and beyond to make sure of that. Post us moving in and settling they have continued to aid us with any and all types of queries efficiently and effectively. Thank you Sam and Pete, we wouldn't be here without you.

Ewe move have been perfect from start to finish, we first viewed our property with Pete and he was extremely helpful, friendly and really helped sell the property to us we loved even by looking at the photos anyway! Once our offer was accepted which was all online and so easy and straight forwarded, we were put into a group chat with us and Pete and Sam, whenever I needed to know anything Sam was replying within minutes and helped lead us through the whole process being first time buyers, right up to completion hour Sam and Pete were communicating with us and having those two there really eased a lot of aniexty about any questions we had etc as they are always on hand to help. The whole process was done within 12 weeks, I truly believe part of this is down to Pete and Sam and how much they help push the process along, I could not thank them enough and would highly recommend. After trying 3 other estate agents in northwich for 1 year I had lost hope and thought i would be trapped and never be able to move. Thank god someone recommended ewemove. Within 2 days the lovely estate agents were over taking the best pictures I had ever seen of my house and getting me 6 viewings in a few days. The other estate agents only got me 5 viewings in 1 year!!! The house sold stc 2 weeks later. I am so happy. Northwich, Cheshire is known for being a very slow market but ewemove made it feel fast. The other estate agent pictures were awful and were super slow with marketing and getting me viewings. I would 100% recommend to anyone in cheshire trying to sell. They are also cheaper than the other estate agents which is amazing as they are worth their weight in gold. I owe you everything thank you both so much xx

Superb experience with EweMove Sale. Sam and Pete are a husband and wife team and they really work with your unique circumstances to ensure a sale tailored to your needs. I’d previously had a dreadful experience on my house sale with a well-known high street estate agent. I needed a quick sale at the right price. When they failed to deliver I switched to EweMove who were just incredible. Communication was highly effective via group WhatsApp meaning we were able to quickly resolve issues and communicate progress. They achieved a sale within 3 weeks (the previous agent didn’t manage to achieve this even after 3 months) . If you’re looking for someone to really work with you in a dynamic way responding to market nuances, then you need Pete and Sam. They’re not only highly effective and emotionally intelligent but also lovely people with a great sense of humour and very personable. They de-risked the situation brought about by the previous agent and in hindsight just wish I knew about EweMove sale earlier. I’d just like to give a personal thank you to Sam and Pete. There should be a special 6 stars review for EweMove Sale for going above and beyond. We were with one of the "big" names who did the usual of just listing the house and then sending random different people to point at rooms. After 3 months we had a recommendation from a friend to use EweMove and from the very first meeting with Samantha I knew we were in great hands. She completely re-worked the approach, the photos/video and properly "sold" the house. 5 days after re-listing we were under offer. Even then, Sam was always there, no matter what day or time to answer queries and always had time for us. She badgered the solicitors, fought our corner, kept us fully informed and advised us the best approaches I'm very rarely truly impressed but Sam's service was outstanding and I mean "OUTSTANDING". Heck, she was even there on moving day helping tidy up and clean and one of the removal men asked if she was a family member and when I said she was the estate agent his chin hit the floor - he said in 27 years of being in the business, he'd never seen anything like ot from an estate agent (sorry if I've just made a rod for your back there Sam).

This is belated, but I sold my flat in central Manchester a couple of weeks ago. Tired of their inability to answer even the simplest questions? Tired of feeling like you need to be on guard lest they pull the wool over your eyes? Then EweMove is the place for you.
