GoogleI'll definitely give a super 5 star to Bridgfords. They always answer the phone calls and reply to emails immediately. Always put our interest first. Best communication between us and the other side. You can drop by or call or email them. They will certainly help you with the best solution. They have fabulous internal communication as well. My case has been delt with a few Bridgfords staff. They all familiar with all the details of my case.

GoogleI would recommended Bridgfords estate agents. This is our second contract with Bridgfords. Staff are helpful especially when the tenants return the property to me, Bridgfords checked the Hse in every details with a fully report. Added to this, they help us find the new tenants very fast. As an oversea landlord, I feel very grateful for their help!!

GoogleI brought deeds and documents for scanning to Edward at Bridgefords after attending the Chorlton branch who were unhelpful insisting an appointment be made. I'll expand in my review of that branch. He was welcoming and very helpful sorting through my paperwork and selecting appropriate documents. I popped out for a coffee and he rang as it had all been done even before I'd finished my drink. Again thankyou for being so welcoming and helpful

GoogleWe have recently rented our property through Bridgfords - the team were amazing from the start and kept us well informed at every stage of the process. Our house was marketed well and they handled all of the viewings for us - we had very little to do! They found us new tenants really quickly and completed all the checks for us, giving us peace of mind. Overall, a great team - thank you!

GoogleBridgfords sold my house for me in June. Catherine and Rebecca were very professional and helpful, particularly Rebecca, as most viewings had to be assisted. They were also instructed to act for my buyer in his Sale and this made the process a lot easier too.

GoogleI have recently used the Bridgfords team in the Sale office to organise a rental in the area, principally dealing with two of the team, Rheanna and Courtney. From being greeted at the flat, through to the emails and phone calls, to picking up the keys, their service was brilliant. They have both been friendly and professional and dealt with any queries that I've had very promptly. Would thoroughly recommend them.

GooglePut an offer in for a property in good faith offered the asking price The property in question was not advertised as offers in excess of after a whole week of thinking I’d made a fair offer I was told the vendor had gone with another offer it turns out a much higher bud was offered I wasn’t shown the courtesy of being asked if I wanted to increase my offer who on earth would offer higher than the asking price unless they knew someone else had already offered it underhanded!NegativeQuality
