I tried every Estate agent in Sale and can honestly say the reason I chose Bridgefords to rent my property was because of Amber Gelling there. From the beginning she was professional and efficient and never needed chasing to do anything. Her advice and support throughout is first class. Very awful letting agency to deal with, a lot of miscommunication between them and the landlord which cause a lot of issues and delay in getting the referencing in. the situation was explained and agreed that it would be okay, but Suddenly the agency Changed there mind and sent The wrong references To landlord, which has caused her to refuse us, It’s put me in a very bad spot as I had already given my notice, was given zero explanation and would not allow us to speak to the landlord directly, the agency is basically Playing Chinese whisper, with landlord properties and perspective tennents, I would highly recommend landlord to stay away from the agency if you want To rent out your property else you are likely going to be waiting 6 months I would also recommend perspective tennents to stay away you might find the perfect home only for the real to fail due to the incompetence of the letting agency I’d would of rated it 1 star but they were at least polite on the phoneNegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
