FacebookKevin Henry used to be the best estate and lettings agent in Saffron Walden by far. Since being bought out, the service has gone downhill and the staff don't treat clients as human beings. Such a shame!

GoogleWe received a 1st class experience from Kevin Henry estate agents right from the start. We sold and purchased with them which could not have been better. We had quite tight demands as a baby on the way, all staff at Kevin Henry could not have been more helpful and got us sold and in the new property in time. Hope if we move again its with Kevin Henry.

Hello Ryan, we are sorry to see that you have given us a two star review and understand your frustration with the delay in receiving your deposit. As discussed with the team, this was due to a couple of errors; mainly down to the fact that the property was not managed and it was the duty of the landlord to respond to you directly. We understand that there was a delay here. We did however return the deposit within a week of receiving the bank details. Many thanks
