GoogleThe experience of selling our house with Kevin Henry has been a good one. They set a realistic price and provided pictures of all rooms showing their full potential. Following on from this an informative leaflet was extremely well presented and included all the details we could possibly have wanted to be included. The viewer’s we had (and we had a lot in a short space of time thanks to your advertising) were all realistic buyers and when Kevin Henry showed potential buyers round we felt they knew the house and could sell it for us. Kevin Henry were very helpful, negotiating with buyers on price and various other issues which came up along the way. I would have no doubt to recommend Kevin Henry who have been approachable, returned calls and kept us fully up to date all the way along. They guided us through our sale with ease and for this we are eternally grateful

Their staff are friendly and approachable and are always willing to liaise between all parties involved. Through efficient marketing, our properties were sold quickly and from recommendations given by KEVIN HENRY, we have used the services of local solicitors and removal firms which have all aided in a "hassle free" move. Without hesitation, I would recommend the service of this local estate agent, who definitely put their customers first.
