GoogleWe went into many letting agents around Saffron Walden and Kelly at Kevin Henry went above and beyond, and was by far the most welcoming and warm to us. She was quick to help us and put our worries to rest when we needed somewhere to live in a week! GoogleKevin Henry sold my house this year. The Sales Department there are fantastic - Sue J, Sue C, Grace, Stephen and Carol are brilliant. Very communicative and responsive. Service is second to none. They are friendly, professional and committed to each of their customers. It's a very anxious and stressful time selling a house but they had everything in hand and kept me sane throughout the whole process. 100% I would use them again in the future.

GoogleJust what you want from a renting experience. Louise, Chloe and Kelly have been proactive and pleasant to deal with at every stage so far, and although maintenance problems are inevitable when renting they have been impressively quick and cooperative not only to respond to every single problem we have had, however minor, but to get it sorted with relatively little hassle involved. Compared to previous letting agencies I have been with, it's great to live a much more worry-free existence.PositiveResponsiveness

GoogleGood luck getting Kevin Henry to even acknowledge you if you’re a young adult. A clear case of discrimination, pushed away and ignored constantly, hung up on over the phone before even responding to what we have to say, turned away in their building, no response for months and no chance of getting a face to face viewing. GoogleI own a studio flat which I have let through Kevin Henry agents for the last five years. During that time I have liased with various staff and the current team of Chase, Kelly and Louise are as approachable, friendly and helpful as any I have dealt with previously. They work hard to find new tenants when necessary (I have never had any trouble with any tenant ) and always keep me well informed of any issues that need my attention. I would certainly recommend them as letting agents.
