GoogleI cannot speak highly enough about Rachel Fahey who arranged our mortgage for us. She was extremely professional, knowledgeable about the mortgage market and friendly throughout the entire process. I received regular updates by phone and email and she arranged our mortgage quickly and efficiently, making the process feel very straight forward. I would happily recommend her to anyone!!

GoogleAbsolute great viewing experience with Tom, knowledgeable, friendly and most importantly very honest and transparent with the whole procedure. A real breath of fresh air, loved the house, offered same day, accepted day after and so far so seamless. Josh also great corresponding via phone.

GoogleMy initial dealings with Allan and harris I couldn't fault. Quick responses, good communication etc. However towards the end of our dealing the team changed and frequently there was on answer on phone no replies to email and no returned calls. Felt service standards dropped.

GoogleBrilliant service, our mortgage advisor Ciaran helped my partner and myself with our purchase to no end. Especially when our first property purchase fell through, they communicated with the solicitors for us and got us a much better mortgage deal than we'd expected. Highly recommend!

GoogleVery poor customer service. No communication off staff, constantly waiting for answers and had promises of phone calls and emails which never happened. Don't know how they justify the fees they charge compared to other estate agents. I wouldn't recommend to anyone.
