FacebookLancasters were extremely helpful when renting a property through them. They were so friendly and made the whole process surprisingly stress free. Even when stuck on an element on the process they spoke to us outside of office hours to make sure we were happy. Will definitely rent through them again.

FacebookWe struggled to sell our flat with another estate agent before we signed up with Lancasters. Lancasters made themselves available when we needed to talk to them, and were always reassuringly confident about being able to sell our flat. I think the thing I was most impressed with was their ability to use current contacts and potential buyers to drum up interest in our flat. They were also very friendly, and generally great to deal with. When we want to move again, we'll be working with Lancasters.

FacebookI have had 2 properties rented through Lancasters within the last 6 months and honestly, they are amazing! Nothing is too much trouble for them and customer service is brilliant! They go above and beyond to make moving as smooth as possible. So massive thanks to all the team for their time and professional approach. Highly recommend!

FacebookDuring our recent house purchase Lancasters provided a professional and stress free service. I have no problem recommending them.
Our daughter recommended Lancasters having used them previously when she moved home a couple of years ago. Rather annoyingly she was correct, again (don’t you hate it when your child gives you decent advice!) and they proved to be a thoroughly professional, friendly and highly efficient team selling our house within days of it going onto the market. Throughout the selling process we were kept informed of what was happening and advised when we needed to do anything. We therefore have no hesitation in recommending Lancasters to anyone wanting a first-class service when they want to move home. Thankyou Ben, Chris and Stella for all your help and kindness over the last few months.

FacebookFantastic letting agents. Have rented a property from Lancasters for the last year & a half. Had a problem with my toilet that required a plumber & receieved a very swift response. Lancasters use professional & kind trades people to carry out any works that the property requires. I can't thank them enough & feel very comfortable & safe in their rented property. Thank you Lancasters :)

FacebookAs a landlord, I felt that lancasters did not care about myself or my tenants. I received a terrible service. if you are a landlord, I would consider using someone else.

FacebookHave just sold a property on behalf of a family member, could not fault the team at Lancasters. Being located on the mainland and with COVID restrictions Lancasters went above and beyond to limit the amount of trips to the island for us. Communicating on a regular basis and keeping us updated, would def recommended.
