GoogleI have used Pacitti Jones, Burnside branch previously, to sell a house. I was delighted in the previous occasion and equally delighted on this occasion. The staff are pleasant and helpful, as you would expect, but of greater importance they are highly professional and efficient. The communications, at all stages, are first class and the online portal is updated keeping the seller fully appraised of what is happening and as an old technophobe, I found it easy to use.

They went over and above in helping us out at a stressful time and explained everything to us as it was our first time selling. We would highly recommend to anybody who is selling a house and will be spreading the word to anybody that we hear of looking to sell. Would definitely use again.

GoogleLynne provided a thoroughly professional approach to our sale and purchase of our new home. Through no fault of the Burnside branch the whole process took 6 months due to our buyer being involved in a chain of sellers/buyers. The service and support received throughout whole selling and purchasing property was second to none! GoogleWe chose Pacitti Jones to sell our house and purchase our next home, every member of staff at Pacitti Jones was so professional and extremely knowledgeable. In the Burnside office, Paul visited our home with great advice, and his knowledge is second to none, the client login portal is a brilliant piece of technology, keeping you up to date with viewings, notes of interest, and offers. The high quality of photos and 3d tour are excellent. The rest of team at Burnside from Megan, Alison, Lynne, and other team members have all been so helpful and pleasant with nothing being a bother. They are with you every step of the way. Megan, our sales negotiator, was our main contact and kept us up to date guiding us through every stage of the sale, in fact our house was sold beyond our expectations. From the start of us seeing the property which we were interested in, I believe that without the rapid fast offer from Lorraine Law, Business Manager, at Lenzie branch, we wouldn’t have secured the right property which many admire. This is the second occasion Lorraine has helped us, buying our last house was just as easy. I can’t believe we have our new home. I also need to mention Alison, Senior Solicitor, and Piia conveyancing assistant, at West end, they handled everything very professionally and made everything stress free, always keeping us up to date, very professional and friendly. To sum up Pacitti Jones in all areas they have all provided an outstanding service which is very helpful in a somewhat stressful situation. Thanks to the whole team who all work together we cannot thank them enough

GoogleWe have bought and sold through Pacitti Jones Burnside and was extremely impressed with everyone we dealt with throughout the whole experience. From the initial meeting with Paul who impressed with his knowledge of the local area and the housing market, to Saleem who took fantastic photos of our property and Megan who has been an absolute star throughout the whole process I cannot fault them at all. Our first sale fell through as a result of a really long property chain so we didn’t want that second time around. Never felt any pressure from Megan to sell our house quickly. She supported us throughout and was very much in our corner the whole time. We used Pacitti Jones for conveyancing as well, for buying and selling. James and Ifet from the Shawlands office were our solicitors for that aspect and again was very impressed with both of them. Very thorough and kept us informed of everything. We also used Dougal to arrange our mortgage and with the current climate with interest rates and criteria changing constantly as well as our own personal circumstances he had his work cut out for him! It wasn’t an easy process but he was fantastic throughout and really worked hard for us to get the best deal possible. I have been very impressed with everyone I dealt with in Pacitti Jones, many of their staff have worked for the company for years and that definitely helps, they have a detailed knowledge of the local area and house prices. Everyone I dealt with was helpful and courteous and would highly recommend them if you are moving house.

We first signed up using their pre-registration service a year ago which meant the photos and paperwork were all completed in advance ready to put our house on the market once we found a new house to move to. This has worked out really well. From the moment we started the process, to the placement of the house on the market, organising viewings and handling the closing date, the help that Lynne, Megan and Paul provided was first class.
