GoogleCommunications and helpfulness of the office staff was outstanding. Quick to respond, explaining the process and the vital link between us and the buyers. This was a tricky sale because of having to wait for probate to go through but they made it that much easier!

GoogleVery let down by poor professionalism. Played my property off against my neighbours and when my buyer withdrew Negotiator Jack would not return my calls (‘on the other line’ ‘stepped out for a minute’ ‘will call you back asap’) for over a week. He was busy selling my neighbours house to my buyer. Said buyer has moved in and informed me that she wrote me a letter of apology and explanation. She also wrote to my neighbour who initially would not sell to her. My neighbour received her letter (via Jack) so the sale went ahead. I didn’t receive the letter. This could have smoothed relations over but clearly there was nothing in it for them so they didn’t bother. I used to be an Estate Agent - this is why I gave up. A cliche - but they really are appalling especially this company.

GoogleGraham Butt are the best estate agent I have used to sell a property. When they make a commitment they always deliver. They have very good communication skills and contacted me many times to update me on progress rather than me having to contact them. Their staff are friendly and approachable. I highly recommend them if you are selling a property in the Rustington/Littlehampton area.

GoogleThese are seriously unprofessional outfit. I had to put up with there tenants in hide gardens parking there caravan in my car parking space for months. The problem was dealing with the tennant who were unable to speak English and fair play my failure to speak Romanian. Now recent issues are pending there are 10 to 16 people living in a 3 bed terrace house which is surely illegal but what about the national lockdown. I live opposite and there is a constant stream of people all hours which disturbs my dog which in turn keeps me up and annoys my neighbours. Graham butt deal with your tenants pls

GoogleNot even worth the one star. Very pushy even when they know it's a sad situation and the sellers didn't really want to sell but had no choice. Very absent, shocking customer service, inexperienced. Right down to the day that the exchange took place. Homeowner gave a time, and estate agent told them otherwise - before monies had even transferred. Wouldn't touch this money thieving business with a barge pole, most certainly won't even consider buying off of them either.

GoogleEllie, and the entire team, at Graham Butt's were informative, and thorough throughout the process. They were easy to get hold of and offered good service from the first initial enquiry we made, to exchange and completion. On many occasions, I was able to ask questions and get an answer very quickly.

GoogleWow! Rustington office has changed my view of Estate Agents for the better. Jack, Ellie, Carole and Cameron all exceeded our expectations of customer service, professionalism and kept us updated all the way to a stress-free move. Nothing was too much trouble for this team and Graham Butt's should be proud and pleased with their expertise. We will 100% recommend them.

GoogleFrom the first meeting with Jack we were impressed with his professionalism and his understanding in dealing with elderly clients. The transaction wasn’t easy but Jack and Kayleigh from the Rustington branch both kept us informed at all times and managed to sort out some very challenging issues. 7 months from start to finish but we finally did it! Thank you.
