Colette kept us very well informed on the progress to complete the sale, Always responded to queries and chased all parties involved in the chain. GoogleMy sister and I live overseas and had to leave England before our house was sold. Graham Buck and Victoria went to great lengths to show the house and find buyers. With the Covid virus this made everything more difficult. Graham sent e-mails to us both to keep us up to date all the way through. We highly recommend Glyn-Jones to anyone wanting to buy or sell their home. Graham and his team are kind, friendly and work hard for their clients, guiding them knowledgeably throughout the procedure to closing. GoogleAs my first time buying a house, Graham from the Rustington office has really eased the process. We wouldn’t have found this house if it wasn’t for him sending it through after meeting and getting to know us - although it wasn’t in an area we were initially considering, he knew it would appeal. Despite the process hitting a few legal delays, Graham has been really accommodating and supportive throughout. Very happy with the experience and would certainly use Graham again whether buying or selling.

GoogleGraham and his team have worked very hard for us on the sale of my late mother’s property, although we had a few restarts with buyers on the way, Graham’s attention to detail and regular contact with us could not be faulted. As we drew nearer an exchange of contracts Graham worked tirelessly to tie any loose ends up in order for the exchange to progress without any hold ups. We definitely recommend Graham and his team at the Rustington branch to any potential sellers.

GoogleGlyn-Jones were excellent from start to finish. The whole process of selling was made so much easier than expected. Our property details were really accurate, the attention to detail was very good . They marketed our property perfectly. Graham and his staff were brilliant, always extremely helpful and happy to answer any questions we had. We worked with Colette who was lovely. Professional with that personal touch. They kept us informed at all stages , which was very reassuring. We would highly recommend them.

She was such a genuine, attentive and professional agent who went above and beyond to make the whole process a lot less stressful. GoogleI recently purchased a property through Glyn Jones, and found Graham to be the most helpful estate agent I have dealt with. During the pandemic, it was a long and slow process, and having an estate agent who would chase up different parties was essential. Graham was always on the case and making sure things were moving along. I know when I sell next time I would look to do so through Glyn Jones.

GoogleI just want to say a massive thankyou to everyone at Glyn-jones for there outstanding work, especially Graham I cant not thank them enough, As a first time buyer I had put my name down on the local estate agents lists, Graham contacted me to say a property could be of intrest to me that would be going on the market soon, I was allow to see it that day. I was very impressed having put my name down the quick response fitting to what I was looking for in the right area and price range. Graham was very friendly and he was aware I was a first time buyer he kepted me informed from beginning to end. The communication was outstanding he would leave emails if I was working. Also explaining paperwork to me that I didnt quite understand. Nothing every seemed to much trouble. Also going in to Glyn-jones everyone was always very friendly and happy to help, Amazing team. GoogleWe were selling a property we’d inherited and lived some distance away from and Graham was fantastic. The office held the keys and he, Colette and Victoria liaised with contractors, and recommended local workmen, etc. Graham was our main contact to begin with and he was always available with advice and support. Colette sold the property for us in the end and she kept us updated throughout, remaining professional throughout a difficult chain. I can not recommend them highly enough.

GoogleThe sale of my bungalow took eight months to complete and was at times quite frustrating but the pleasant and experienced staff at the Rustington Glyn-Jones office made it bearable. Marketing seemed to be a strong point: they took aerial photos to show how close I was to the beach and this generated a lot of interest. My one disappointment was that communication seemed to be a weakness. I would have appreciated regular updates, maybe weekly or bi-weekly, about what was going on, even if nothing was! This did not happen and I often felt in the dark about the progress of the sale. Apart from that, I would definitely recommend Glyn-Jones for their professionalism and genuinely caring attitude.

All of the team at the Rustington branch are so lovely and approachable. A special thanks to Donna and Jade (and if course Max who has now left) for all your help over the past year. GoogleHad no idea how to deal with a landlord who would not fullfil his responsibilities. I did warn Glyn Jones that this landlord feels he can just turn up unannounced when ever he likes which it clearly stated in the tenancy agreement 24 hours notice. We were still made to feel like we were in the wrong. So much so the only way Glyn Jones and the landlord could deal with this situation was to give us notice and lie about a reason why the landlord needed the house back and what do you know within a week of us leaving the house was again up for rent. Very poor managing skills, unfortunate that you took the side of a poor excuse of a landlord rather then supporting your customer through a period of having their privacy invaded. We did everything by the book and never missed a single payment during our stay at the property, it went from renting out dream home to living in a nightmare thanks for the lack of support from you. Even one of the directors had the cheek to say (he's an experienced landlord and we've had no problems with him in the past) Is that supposed to excuse his actions? You should really start taking complaints like this more serious rather than sweeping it under the carpet and getting another tennant in as they may go through the same issues we did. In response to the reply, one of the many occasions the landlord turned up unannounced I emailed in very annoyed and frustrated and did say that perhaps it was a bit strong but this doesn't have any reflection on the situation. Between Glyn Jones and the landlord this situation could have been dealt with in a more professional manor. We knew that the landlord didn't like the fact that I wasn't putting up with any of his rubbish and I told him directly, we made plans to leave that house 6 months before the end of our agreement & just as expected he gave us notice rather then apologising for his actions which he or and Glyn Jones didn't. Also, one lat thing, when we collected the keys, on moving in day, that's when we were told the landlord lived next door. Quite a vital part of information missed out I would say. I don't know many people who want to live pretty much next door to their landlords.
Dear Matt Thank you for your review, it is unusual that we receive feedback of a negative nature however when we do we always try to use it constructively with the intention of improving our services where possible. In this instance, we were somewhat surprised to hear from you at this time as your tenancy, which began in Aug of 2018 actually ended in Aug of 2019. We have checked our records and the issues that you refer to date back to the summer of 2018 and the spring of 2019, our records show that your concerns with the Landlord were dealt with at this time. As you were aware the Landlord lived very close to the property that you rented and was quite ‘hands-on’ with management however we did agree that you are entitled to expect notice for a visit. We spoke with the Landlord highlighting your concerns and you received detailed written correspondence confirming the action we had taken and asking you to let us know if you had any other concerns for the remainder of your tenancy. Whilst we can advise a Landlord of their responsibilities, we feel that we cannot be fully accountable for the actions. We have an email from you on record acknowledging that your reaction was ‘a little strong’ and confirming that the issue was not with us. The Landlord was an experienced Landlord and we had arranged seven tenancies prior to your own on this property with no similar instances reported. For clarity we confirm that we did not re- let this property on your departure, and we understand that no further tenancies were arranged at the property following your own. We wish you all the best for the future.

GoogleWe would highly recommend Glyn Jones! Not only did they sell our house but we also bought a house through the agency. The level of care and understanding we got through the whole process was above and beyond. We would especially like to thank Collette, Graham and Victoria. Even on moving day they were there to give us peace of mind. Can't thank all of you enough!
