GoogleAbsolute excellent customer service! I was looking for a rental, Lauren was the only letting agent that actually assisted and really tried to find me the right property, all others that I was registered with really didn’t show any interest! She constantly kept me up to date, liaised with other offices and honestly delivered excellent service! Highly recommend, the whole process from viewing to moving in was seamless and excellent! I’m now very happy in my new home!

GoogleFrom day one Glyn-Jones of Rustington have been exceptional. There were so many ups and downs during this process but the only constant was Glyn-Jones support. Everyone within the agency has been great but I would like to add special thanks to Graham and Collette who had been fantastic throughout. They kept us positive and informed and made this whole process manageable.

I couldn’t be more pleased that I chose Glyn Jones to sell our family home. I always felt in safe hands. GoogleI'm so grateful for the excellent service received! Graham and Colette were so easy to relate to, they understood my situation straight away - and they achieved a very good price on my sale, with their fee being very reasonable. Their communication was brilliant: Graham stayed in regular touch throughout a drawn-out and complicated sale, with myself and my buyers, and others as needed, and was always helpful, practical and encouraging. I cannot commend them too highly!

GoogleI’ve been dealing with Jade Harris in this store for over a year in my current property and needed to move. She helped find me a place and then helped with everything I needed to do promptly. Always on the end of the phone or email answering any questions I had. Nothing was ever too much and was happy going above and beyond daily. I only wanted to go through this company as they really make life as easy as possible even if obstacles get thrown up. 5* every time. GoogleI would highly recommend Glyn-Jones in Rustington if you are either buying or selling. I had the pleasure of dealing with Graham, who not only made a note of the kind of property I was looking for, but went as far as keeping me updated as to the state of the market, and giving me some insight as to when something suitable might become available. Graham was fantastic from start to finish. He was always on the ball, and kept me updated constantly. He also chased the solicitors when necessary! I've dealt with a few estate agents in the past, and I can honestly say that Glyn-Jones are without a shadow of a doubt the most conscientious and approachable of the lot! Thanks again guys.

GoogleI have no hesitation in recommending this agency. Every member of the team that I spoke to were extremely friendly, helpful and efficient. They provided a first class service to both buyer and seller alike. A special thanks to Graham Buck, the manager who made the process of my house purchase much less stressful. Any query I had was responded to quickly. It’s a shame all other estate agents don’t follow this agents example of good practice.

GoogleHaving used other local estate & letting agents who had proved unprofessional and delivered poor customer service, it was a pleasure to use Glyn - Jones as both a letting agent and estate agent. Graham was extremely helpful in dealing with challenging circumstances due to Coronavirus but rather than use that as an excuse like other agents, solicitors and retailers have for their lack of competency, Graham never let that become an issue. Instead he was professional, constantly kept in touch with me, would return a call promptly and showed he cared about the outcome. Being in customer service its was refreshing to have someone who was outstanding in the service they provided. Equally Jade from the lettings side of the office was professional, promptly dealt with all the queries, regularly kept in touch to give me and was always upbeat during what must be challenging times for the housing market. GoogleWe had a fairly rocky road with selling our home & buying a new property. We had a few let downs along the way with various purchases falling through, buyers losing their buyers, chain-breaks etc. The only good part of the whole process (a year!) was the team at Glyn-Jones. Colette, Victoria and Graham were absolutely excellent; they went above and beyond what we expected from our estate agents and kept us well informed throughout the entirety of our journey. Particularly Victoria who took care of the sale which ended up being a long long sale due to problems with our ongoing purchase. She regularly spoke with my buyers keeping them informed and happy throughout the whole long process. Graham made us feel comfortable and listened to our view when giving us a market value, Colette was fantastic in making us feel safe whilst taking photos of the house and talking to my toddler. GoogleExcellent estate agents with superb customer service from start to finish. Our viewing was conducted by Graham Buck, who then dealt with us from taking our offer to final completion. The transaction was not exactly easy, with many frustrating delays from our buyers side but Graham kept our vendors fully informed and gave us good, professional advice on the options that were open to us. I would thoroughly recommend Glyn-Jones and Graham to any one selling or looking to buy a home in the Littlehampton and surrounding area. Even the small things, like the removal of the agents 'for sale' board took place exactly when arranged, on time. Being positioned on the edge of Rustington and Littlehampton, We signed up to sell our house with the Rustington branch because we were very impressed with Graham and his team when we moved to the area 3 years ago, and after just a few viewings it was the Littlehampton branch that secured the buyer. But they work as a team. It was not an easy journey, through the Covid pandemic, but Richard had it all under control and got us to completion.

GoogleBest in the business!! A neighbour suggested Glyn-Jones when we decided to sell our house and from start to finish they were brilliant. Having dealt with all members of staff there, they were all very friendly and were responsive to any of our questions. In particular Victoria & Colette dealt with everything perfectly through the pandemic with a lot of viewings in a short space of time keeping us fully informed at all times. I have had dealings with other estate agents in the area and the services provided was nowhere near the level Glyn-Jones provided. No chance I’d ever use anyone else whilst these agents are around. Thanks for everything again.

He was professional, always very approachable, very helpful and at the end of the phone for any and all enquiries no matter how small. It was a challenging process due to the sale of my old house through another institution. The whole team has handled everything perfectly, professionally and were extremely supportive and super helpful throughout the whole process.
