Sasha Byrne takes good care of my property, she is helpful when answering all kinds of queries, she also proposes solutions when tenants have requests that might be a little bit of unwanted requests.Prospect also offers a good reference evaluation to avoid problematic tenants and a comprehensive rent protection that provides peace of mind.

As a landlord, I have used Prospect for a number of years and have always found them helpful and efficient. Recently, I have had to rely on Prospect even more as my tenants wanted to terminate their lease early. Tristan Lee, Anna Elema and Carla Munro have helped me through this process. End of tenancy is always a bit of a stressful time and she has been great at communicating and ensuring it was a smooth process especially when she was having to deal with 3 seperate tenants in one property it can't have been an easy task. This team stood head and shoulders above the rest. They were genuinely committed to satisfying our particular renting requirements - and given that we immigrated from South Africa, those needs were quite unique in the UK market. Harrison and Katie in particular were very helpful and the process was completed in a difficult time quite seamlessly. Highly recommended from my perspective.

I recently worked with Prospect on a recent purchase and found them to be very useful in helping the sale progress. The agents were very proactive in chasing both sets of solicitors and very helpful in the flow of communications between seller side and buyer's. Will certainly look to work with them again in the near future.

I am pleased to write that the services provided by prospect (Saffron) deliver are excellent. They respond promptly to emails and help to solve problems raised in due course. I complained about the break of the inner glass and it was given the necessary attention and fixed. Also, I was duly carried along in every step engaged in fixing the lid.

During an unnecessarily difficult moving out process (not the fault of Prospect,) the agents at Prospect were extremely supportive of me as an outgoing tenant and Sasha in particular was lightning fast on responding to queries, arranging cleaning and the return of the deposit. It was a difficult time and I'm glad they made things much easier for us!
