After terrible experiences with two other estate agents, one of whom constantly booked then cancelled viewings and continually asked us to drop the price, even after 1 viewing, and the second where the person doing the viewings actually put people off buying by their behaviour and failure to actually conduct proper viewings, we were recommended Fosters. Thank goodness we listened to that recommendation. We immediately got a realistic valuation and a clear plan of how the house would be marketed. It was also really useful as Fosters were also acting for the vendors of the house we wanted to buy. Fosters, and Jamie in particular, were proactive, determined, contactable and offered regular detailed updates. Jamie's negotiation skills and advice meant that we have been successful in selling our house and buying the house we wanted. Fosters restored our faith in Estate Agents and I have no hesitation in reccommending them highly. You could not get a better service. Thank you Fosters, and of course Jamie.

Brilliant Estate agents! would highly recommend. Myself, husband & 3 children had to.move very quickly due to our previous home subsiding. Jamie Wendy and the team were brilliant! We viewed the property we are renting on the Monday and moved in on the Friday! Jamie and Wendy went above and beyond, Jamie meeting my husband to sign the tenancy in his own spare time to work around my husbands working hours and Wendy sorting all the paper work in such a small time frame (4days) so we could move in. The care I received whilst selling my house through Fosters was second to none . Sadly I had a couple of attempts that fell through mostly due to quirkiness of the property but Simon persevered advising options to promote the sale. Rented a new place, rubbish left in the flat, toilets filthy, urine on the floor, limescale everywhere, sawdust in places, handprints on the walls. Place had been left unfinished, not impressed. Not ideal when moving in with a very young baby. Got told after we moved in we had no arial point, which I would have thought is a basic amenity, and should have been highlighted before we moved in! Pretty fuming to be honest! In terms of the office and how it was processed it was quick and efficient, done digitally which was good, although made difficult by splitting everything in 2 for myself and my partner, one payment would have been easier. No fees though which was good. Person who showed us round was good.

Fosters estate agents are a small but perfectly formed agency. We first encountered them when we purchased our house in Aldershot 7 years ago and we used them again recently when we came to sell that same house. These are experienced guys who know the area intimately and are realistic and trustworthy, nothing like the pushy and insincere stereotype with which estate agents are associated. I had never heard of Fosters estate agents until stumbling across one of their properties on Rightmove. We were booked in very quickly for a viewing and Rob met us at the property. It became quickly clear that Rob is experienced, and is very good at what he does. He was open, honest and made us feel very welcome. It was unlike any of the other 8 viewings we had done using other agents. The buying process wasn't always smooth but throughout it all Rob and Jamie at Fosters were the two people I could actually trust and rely on. They were always there to answer questions, give advice and help reassure me. It felt like they were always on my side, helping do everything they could to get me into my first house. I have been extremely pleased with the service that they have delivered and would both recommend them and will definitely look to use them again in the future.
