Whilst the individuals who work here can be very nice, their enforcement of actioning requests to the landlord to fix issues is sub par, and the landlords they take on are not always nice people. Before taking on the property they promised all carpets and issues with the property would be fixed, they were never even attempted to be fixed. Scaffolding went up all round the property with zero warning, all walkways looked directly into the property. Nothing was explained that there was issues with the roof. Also lost access to parking space that came with the property due to scaffolding placement. Was told it would be up 3-4 weeks maximum however was still there 4 months later when I moved out. Downstairs tenants had major damp issues in their property which the landlord refused to fix. Extremely loud tenants in the property with no action from the landlord to stop it. Drugs being sold in downstairs property, no action from the landlord. Due to insufficient insulation was extremely cold and wind blew throughout, and also meant when roof was worked on everything in storage spaces got covered in debris. Eventually got cleaned after weeks of begging. Did nothing after I received very aggressive phone call directly from the landlord as to when I enquired about the scaffolding and lack of parking. Once again, nice people, but bad management and clientele.

Absolutely brilliant letting agents. The team at Fosters take the daunting task of finding and processing all the checks and paperwork out of my hands and flawlessly find a new tenant for me while all the while keeping me informed. I have the rent in my account on the day it is paid by the tenant. With past agents I would find myself chasing the agent for it when it’s 10 days late! I would without a doubt, highly recommend Jamie and his team at Fosters Aldershot.

We bought a property through Simon at Fosters and he was unbelievably helpful. Our sale took a long time to compete with lots of bumps in the road but Simon was the only person who updated us on the whole chain and its progress. He was as invested as us and was really helpful trying to push things along and get answers that our solicitor had issues getting. We would definitely recommend him and the team there!

We recently brought our forever home with Fosters. We were first signed up to another agency but after 3 failed buyers we left and decided to sign with Fosters, why we didn't in the first place is beyond us as this was the best thing we could have done. Simon has made the whole moving process smooth, easy, well informed and most importantly SUCCESSFUL! After being so messed around previously we were just happy to have another agent on our side but we were blown away by Fosters (especially Simon's) efficacy, helpfulness and his wealth of knowledge. Recently sold my property with a huge amount of help from Simon and Jamie at Fosters. They were really helpful every step of the way. Especially as most of those steps were always very tricky. I am appalled by the service I have received from this company. I have travelled 2 hours to view a property and I have been told 15 minutes before I was due to arrive that you were cancelling it. The reasons we were going to be slightly late were due to factors out of my control. The only reason I was drivIng two hours was to view this one property, so when they told me to ‘just rearrange’ their ignorance was evident. Their reasons for not being able to extend the wait time from 15 minutes to 20 minutes was ‘because she didn’t want to tell her boss to wait an extra 5 minutes’. I was informed that I was your last viewing of the day and that they couldn’t wait. Your close time listed on Google is 6 pm. We would have arrived at 5:20. I struggle to comprehend why they are unable to wait 5 minutes for a viewing that would take a maximum of 15 minutes if they close at 6? I have now wasted 2 hours of my time, and will need to drive another 2 hours back home because of their inconsiderate attitude. That is around £60 in petrol costs. I will not get that time nor money back over 5 minutes of their bosses time. I would advise not to use this estate agents as their 5 minutes is evidently more precious than your time and money

Dealing with Fosters was a pleasure, with a highly professional and friendly service from first contact to completion. They have great local knowledge and seem to have a portfolio of buyers. Within 48 hours of my property being on the market they had arranged several viewings with more to follow. This resulted in the house being quickly under offer. They give excellent support the during the whole process and with most house sales issues do arise, but Simon was always there to offer advise and find a solution. If you want the best Estate Agent in Aldershot look no further than Fosters.

I recently sold my flat in Aldershot with Fosters Estate Agents and had an absolutely amazing experience. Simon looked after me and my property throughout and was not only really professional and knowledgeable but he was also someone who I could talk to when things were going wrong with the sale and seek solid advice from. I honestly don't think I would have been able to get through to completion without Simon's support. He worked really hard to help out with both our solicitors (who were terrible) and put loads of time and effort into chasing them and keeping me and the buyer updated. First class estate agent, would recommend to everyone.
