Moving from another country can be stressful but any stress generated from the move itself was removed thanks to the efficiency of the team. Detailed reviews with lots of photos are carried out so that there is clear evidence regarding the condition of the property. They also find us trusted tradesmen, enabling us to carry out repairs and replacement swiftly which maintains the high standard we wish to provide.

GoogleHighly unprofessional staff who do not adhere to legal procedures and protocol with rentals. Lack of attention to detail in every interaction and are not impartial between tenant and landlord. Be very careful if you are considering a tenancy managed or administrated by Simpson and Weekly.

Hi Hannah, firstly sorry you are unhappy with how things have gone with your tenancy. As previously explained, we did not manage this property for the landlord. The property was managed by another agent, before being taken off them and the landlord managed the property themselves. The landlord got in touch with ourselves to issue a new tenancy agreement and do the check out. We did not let, or manage the property.
