GoogleRichard James were engaged to sell two properties on behalf of the Executors for a family Estate. Although there was a normal degree of typical problems with prospective purchasers they acted in a professional manner at all times and provided regular updates to the Executors on progress. Their commitment, help, guidance and support has been greatly appreciated.

GoogleCan’t thank the team at Richard James (Rushden Branch) enough!!! We had 2 properties to sell to buy a new build home. We completed within 3 months and it was an extremely smooth transaction- largely due to the teams hard work. Claire would ring me weekly for updates and always went above and beyond . Richard, Sophia, Jared , Alexi and Hazel did amazing with the valuing, marketing, viewings and support through out the whole process! We had both houses off the market within 2 weeks. Can’t recommend enough !!

From the initial valuation through to final completion, they supported us through the ups and downs of the process. Even when unavoidable delays happened, we were kept fully informed through regular phone calls. GoogleWe listed our house for sale with the Wellingborough branch and found our new house via the Rushden branch. Claire, Hazel and the rest of the team kept us well informed, asked the relevant questions and made sure our requests were put to the vendor. When the end of the process was in sight, Claire worked with the vendors to agree completion quickly. Communication was very good through the whole process and we always felt well-informed. On completion day, we were kept well informed and the keys were ready to collect by midday. We would happily use Richard James again, if we were ever going to move house - which we're not.

GoogleI cannot praise Danny and the team at Richard James Estate Agents highly enough. Danny was always on hand to answer queries and help with issues. Calls were always returned and they sold my rather quirky property with ease. Selling and buying properties is always a difficult time, especially during a pandemic but they made it swift, easy and it was a pleasure to deal with them.
