We recently moved house within Rushden, 4 people in the chain and with the help of everyone at Richard James we were able to get our house listed / agree a sale / exchange / complete within 4 months! From beginning to end they have been professional yet friendly, helping to explain the entire process (we had only ever bought before and never sold), and quality images and brochures really helped our house stand out from the rest. Even when the chain slowed up Richard and the team helped move things along, assisting with solicitor liaison and we achieved an 11-week sale-to-completion timeline. From the moment they walked through the door to completion, they were outstanding and provided everything you need from an Agent - regular contact, good advice, friendly staff and a lot of viewings! I would highly recommend Richard James - a very professional team and definitely not like the stereotypical Estate Agent! In particular, Richard, one of the Directors, was always on hand from the initial valuation right through to giving me advice on how to deal with the solicitors upon completion.
