From walking in the door and making the introductions we felt welcomed and listened to. As we had seen a popular property they were selling, we wanted to move quickly to get our house on the market. Richard booked in to see us and took a great deal of time to explain the selling and buying process, outlining all the costs, timelines and expectations. The whole team were fabulous! Communication was great, very accommodating when booking in viewings as we are shift workers both for selling and us buying. A fully supportive service from start to finish.
