My situation was a bit more complicated than most and a sale had to happen extremely quickly. Richard outlined my options clearly including all costs and explained the upside and downside for each. There was complete transparency at every stage. Once a decision was made Richard's team got to work immediately and had my property advertised within hours on receiving my approval to go ahead. A first time buyer was found but even then Richard's assistant Sandy kept up the pressure for things to more quickly due to my circumstances and she kept me up to date at each step of the way. A completion was completed in double quick time which the buyer was more than happy with and I was ecstatic. I cannot give this company enough praise for what they did. They were courteous and professional throughout the whole process and managed to take an extremely stressful situation and make it into one that ended with all parties delighted with the outcome. Well done all involved but especially Richard and Sandy.

Massive thank you to everyone at Richard James Rushden who helped us in buying our first home! We had viewings with the lovely Jared and Sophia, who were helpful and knowledgeable. Sandy was excellent in chasing the solicitors involved when we had needed answers, and never made us feel like we were a bother. After five months we finally got the keys, and met Richard and Sandy who were both as lovely as they were on the phone! As we weren’t local buyers, things could have been more difficult, but the Richard James team were always at hand and made everything feel seamless! Thank you all!

A huge thank you to everyone at Richard James - they were absolutely amazing on our moving day. We had a few stressful issues with completion and exchange, so we ended up camping out in their office while they got on the phone and worked hard to help get everything sorted. We recently bought a house in Rushden through Richard James Estate Agents, Rushden Office, moving from The Forest of Dean! We dealt with several different Estate Agents over the 12 months plus and looked at a number of properties , even going SSTC with one which then fell through because our chain broke lower down. Alexi, Sandy and Richard have all been amazing during what has been the most stressful period of our lives with a purchase and sale that was not at all straightforward (nothing to do with Richard James I hasten to add!). I believe if it hadn't been for these people it may have all fallen apart! These staff were professional, polite, efficient, helpful and understanding and communication was excellent throughout. As a result we are now living in what we hope is a forever family home living close to our children and grandchildren. Thank you so much to the team at Richard James!

Richard James went above and beyond to get us into our lovely new home. Our house move was a long complex process with a fairly big chain. They were proactive to provide updates, when we lost our buyer they found us another buyer within very short notice to keep us in the chain.
