I had a great experience with my move in manager bekky. She was very attentive and always made sure we were kept in the loop with dates etc. She also made sure we knew what was going on and answered any questions.

Issues sometimes take a little longer than they should to resolve, and communication can be questionable at best. When you're told someone will call you back you do expect a call back, even to just be kept in the loop.

I was told scaffolding would stay for 2 or 3 months but learned it will stay for 6 months. Whether intentional or not, it was a misstatement and I would have considered another place if I had known that.

Really great experience buying a new flat through Stirling Ackroyd. Steve helped me get a mortgage and guided me through help to buy as I was not familiar with the scheme. I'm now happy having just completed my purchase and very grateful for all the help I received.
