My experience with this agency has been nothing short of a nightmare. From the very beginning, their lack of communication and professionalism has been appalling. We were repeatedly assured that the property would be ready by the agreed move-in date. Despite multiple emails confirming our plans, when we arrived, the flat was nowhere near ready, there weren’t even beds in place. To make matters worse, Izzy, the representative who met us, was incredibly unprofessional and completely clueless about the property or any safety precautions. She took us into what was clearly still a work-in-progress building, told us to “lead the way” because she didn’t know anything, and was rude and patronizing when I expressed my concerns. At a previous viewing, I pointed out that more of the flat should be ready given how close it was to the move-in date. Izzy dismissed my concerns, questioned me rudely, and unsurprisingly, the flat wasn’t ready, just as I’d suspected. To add insult to injury, they made us sign two different contracts with conflicting move-in dates, showing a complete disregard for clarity and accountability. They also falsely claimed they were no longer affiliated with the landlord, only for Izzy to show up at our flat recently, and with viewers in tow. She unlocked my door without knocking or asking for permission, walking in while I was in my room. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. If you’re a student, or anyone, really, steer clear of this agency. Their lack of communication, organisation , and respect for tenants is truly appalling.

He has never once hesitated to help us and gets us quick solutions for any issues we face! If you ever reach out to him, he is quite quick to respond which is such a relief. I would consider this a special review because this is for something exceptional that the agents at Aspen did to me back in 2005. I was a new student and just arrived in the country at 6AM on a weekend, and they were able to get me and my friends accomodation the same day for a dirt cheap price. I am indebted to them for their service and how they ensured everything was done for us. I strongly recommend this agency to anyone looking for accomodation in Englefield Green!
