We have been with Aspen Estate Agency for over 9 years. Tara Brown is from management department is absolutely helpful, professional agent. She was always quickly reporting to the landlord our concerns and resolved problems as quickly as possible. We moved recently to new place and we have new agency. The cooperation and communication between us and owners is horrible. We still are to resolve many problems/ damages which we reported at the beginning of the March. We are very sad not to have so good, professional agent like Tara Brown. Tara- thank you so much for all your help/ support in our tenancy time.

This is more of a review of Gavin Streeter than Aspens. Initial contact was with a different agent which was challenging. Gavin was fantastic. Brilliant and often instant communication. He was very clear in his communication to me and very patient in answering my many questions. He attained my asking price and kept me informed throughout the whole process. Aspens is a well known and respected Agent in this area and I can't recommend Gavin Streeter enough. Many thanks Gavin

Cameron Mackenzie was in charge of introducing the property to us, he was quick and efficient with setting up the viewing and on top of giving reminders about the it. He was very knowledgeable about the property and made the experience very quick and easy. Cameron has been very approachable and easy to talk to, whether it was by phone or email. Overall we’re very satisfied with all of Cameron’s work throughout the journey of us letting the property!

Aspen have been so amazing to work with and help myself and three of my housemates find an amazing student house for next year! Izzy has been amazing! Her communication was nothing but perfect, and she was also so kind and willing to help! I know three of my housemates knew her from last year and we were super excited knowing she would be helping us with this house! She is so funny too which I personally think is important as looking for a house can be quite intimidating, so having someone who works in this field be so heartwarming is so so so lovely! Whilst I found Cameron to be nice and personable, the organisation and communication at Aspen was abysmal. Originally, I enquired about a 3 bedroom property and was booked in for a viewing, only to drive over 40 minutes to discover it was the wrong property. Not only this but I’d had to rearrange and cancel client meetings that day to make the appointment. I was then assured a video of the correct property would be sent to me to view, which never happened. The following day I’m booked in to see the correct property at 1pm. After arriving, I checked my emails to discover the viewing had been cancelled around 12:20pm. Surely with such short notice you would follow up with a call? Two wasted journeys and nearly 4 hours of my time. Not impressed. 2 stars might even be generous, but at least Cameron was apologetic.

Excellent 5 stars, I would give more if I could!! Highly recommend if you want an agent that cares!! I recently registered with more than 12 estate agents to find a property to rent after my current landlord dropped the bomb on me that she’s sold the property I’m in and then gave me notice to move out, a couple of weeks before Christmas and in the middle of a cost of living crisis! If it wasn’t for Aspen and in particular Cameron, who has really taken the time and effort and care to understand my situation and what I’m looking for, I would be stranded and no doubt homeless. He has helped me more than I can describe, to find a suitable long term home for me, my daughter and our little dog who is very important to us. His communication has been impeccable, keeping me regularly informed and updated along the way. He has been meticulous in reassuring me which has put my mind at ease, he’s held my hand every step of the way, dealing with emails, phone calls and negotiations late into the evening. I feel Cameron has gone over and beyond the call of duty as an estate agent, I am so very grateful to him, for all his expertise, knowledge care and perseverance! Thank you so much Cameron and Aspen! Avoid these charlatans if you can, awful customer service throughout our tenancy and didn't even pretend to care. They didn't tell us when the landlord decided to sell and we found out from a for sale sign going up outside. They are probably good if you are a landlord but even then I am not sure what they did to warrant any money. In addition, there were some building work that took place during our tenancy and when we needed to move back in the radiator and skirting were not on the wall so was clearly not livable. However when hoping Aspens could help their representative in the shop couldn't care less, was patronizing and so rude. Good luck if you have to work with these people or rely on them to help you.

Aspen is by far the best Estate Agent in the Village and I can't speak highly enough of the efficient, helpful, professional and effective service they have delivered during my house sale. On the market quickly, great photographs, very competitive commission rates, regular updates, great App, and most importantly....my house sold after just over two weeks of being on the market. I spoke with their main competitor initially and they valued my house at £100,000 LOWER than Paul Garrod thought it was worth (yes that number is correct) ....and guess what? It sold for over asking price.
