We had decided to use a different agent to sell a house we owned in Runcorn but at the last minute we decided to give Bests a try. After being let down by another agent, we were very impressed right from the start. Having been in the property business for 20 years we have to say Bests are the most professional estate agent we have ever used. Terry, Alex, Dawn and Sue helped us sell the house for more than the asking price and did so within a week! They gave us a realistic valuation, not an overinflated one just to get us 'on their system' They kept us up to date at every stage and always gave good advise. The best in Halton... as a Vendor and Buyer the service provided is impecable! From initial valuation, taking photographs and preparing sales particulars, through to assisted viewings, negotiations and completion.
