Alex was so helpful from start to finish, when I was buying my house. Alex listened to my needs, and what I really wanted within a budget, and luckily the house that I described came on the market. Alex was able to find the answers to my questions if he didn't know them already, I really can't thank you enough. Talia, was really helpful all the times I called up or went into the office. Very friendly both of them and honestly I cannot thank you both enough, the excitement you both showed me when the purchase was finalised was a lovely touch. I am so excited to start my new future in my new home. Highly recommend Bests estate agents.

It's many years since we've sold a property so we were nervous about what the market had instore for us. We've used Bests before, however it was many years ago. We needn't have worried. Straightaway we were reassured by the professional approach to all aspects of the sale. We were very happy with the sale brochure and believe it showed our property off brilliantly. We were kept fully informed and updated of any developments in a timely fashion, both by telephone and email. Throughout the whole process, all the Bests Team were super helpful. I recently needed an estate agent to sell a rental property we owned. I contacted 3 local agents, two came to meet me and the third couldn’t give me a valuation for 3 weeks bizarrely. Both gave me the same valuation, I decided to choose Bests to market the property. Alex came out to do the initial valuation, he was the most knowledgeable and I could tell he had done a fair bit of research before our appointment and this gave me the impression if he’s put that much effort in before even listing then he would hopefully do the same once on the market. After agreeing on a marketing price which I thought was a little high they listed the property. After several viewings we eventually got an offer just below what Alex had advised on. The sale went through pretty smoothly. I’d happily recommend Alex and Terry from Bests.

I had a house to sell. I read the reviews on Bests website and also saw a lot of Bests boards with sold on them on our estate. I rang up and Alex came to look at the property. We discussed a price and a fee and were happy with the terms. The sales pamphlet was good and the house sold really quickly. More important to me there was never any pressure or hassle to use them and Alex and the team actually listened to and met our needs. They were always ready to answer any questions and offered help with any problems we had. I would highly recommend them.

We sold our property via Bests and they were amazing, really helpful and very responsive. We had a bit of a nightmare with the solicitors on the purchase side which was holding up the sale and Alex at Bests was great, he done everything he could to chase everyone involved to try and push things along. He was always on hand to provide us with an update and to provide his professional advice. The delays with the solicitors drove us mad but Alex was always on hand to keep us calm. Bests are brilliant and I can’t recommend them enough. The team there are all fantastic, really helpful and clearly know what they are doing. We had lots of viewings, offers and a buyer in less than a week for our property and when that sale fell through right at the end, within 2 days of it being back on the market we had another buyer (now sold). Despite being busy there they made us feel like we were their only clients and we couldn’t have been looked after any more.

Five stars simply isn't enough for the outstanding service provided by Terry and the team. They have gone above and beyond what any estate agents anywhere else would do due to me being in the Army and 350 miles away and anything that was required, the whole team supported the sale in any way they could.
