GoogleI consider that Mansons charged me an unreasonable amount (130 GBP) to perform light cleaning of dust after my tenancy. I strongly recommend to take your own pictures before and after the tenancy to avoid this frustration. Be careful with them.

GoogleNot all Estate Agencies warrant the stereotypical image all too often associated with them. At Lawrence Rand, all of the staff are welcoming and informative, but Glenda Hall, stands out as an exceptionally knowledgeable, dedicated, friendly and efficient asset to the team. I have no hesitation in strongly recommending visiting Lawrence Rand to find out how an estate agency really should work. Ask for Glenda to guide you and you couldn’t be in better hands.
