Worst tenancy ever despite an amazing flat! We didn't mind paying more than £700 fees for a 6 months contract as we have been promised premium service. Unfortunately the service offered was almost non-existant, we had to wait 2 months for the oven to be repaired, we had 3 flooding incidents (hence no water available, terrible smell, no shower, no dishwasher, no wash machine...) handled in a shockingly poor maner with no consideration for the inconvenience this caused us. As a result of this we had to leave the property for ten days in total. We have been asking for a rent abatement and the only answer given for the past 5 weeks is that they can't reach the landlord... It is clear that once you signed the contract and paid the fees their job is done. Also I totally agree with the review below from another user: "Not to be trusted. Would not be surprised if some of the positive reviews on this site are by members of their own staff. Strange that the positive reviews are on the same day or only a day apart?"

Nick Mansons responded to my initial request and come out the following day to a property I wished to rent. Mansons experience and understanding of the type of people who wold be attracted to the property, along with their extensive local knowledge, allowed them to quickly assess the the market and make a recommendation on the most appropriate rental to charge. They also went to lengths to explain the process involved and also the modifications that were required to make the property meet legal requirements. They even offered to provide costed contractors to carry out these modifications if required. All in all a thoroughly professional service; I cannot commend them highly enough."

Mansons have been handling the letting of our apartment in Beadnell for 3 years now and we couldn't recommend them more highly. They manage all our bookings through Holiday Lettings, dealing with guests efficiently and professionally whilst keeping us fully informed and checking in with us when there are any queries that need our input. They sort things out for us and are quick to respond to our emails and phone calls if we need any advice or want to book out the apartment for ourselves.
