GoogleI have been trying to call the shepperton branch for 7 days straight now. About 5 times a day. NO answer. They won't reply back to my email either. All I want to know is a simple question about a property. They were even left with an urgent message from another branch ( the other branch actually picked up my call ) and they still haven't called back.

GoogleI could give negative star if it is possible. The Property management team is one of the worst team that I have encountered. The repairs of the property was never addressed, no response to any of the follow up mails and always promise to call back but never works. We gave our notice to vacate the property on October 16th and did not receive any acknowldegment. We have to give to two months notice but wanted to check if we can give one month notice if we can find an alternative tenant who could take possession from us. I called them on 18th and they said they will call me back and I'm yet to receive a call back. I have sent three follow up emails with no response and I have tried calling them numerous times with no luck. The website provides the details on the escalation matrix but no contact details available anywhere whatsoever. I have never seen such a worst service.

GoogleThe only thing that is more frustrating than appalling levels of response when addressing issues within a rental property is the idea (and likelihood) that the landlord is none the wiser on the matter! Call backs missed, requests to raise a complaint ignored, property issues no nearer to resolution some 80 days later. It begs the question what responsibility Haart has to their tenants and landlords? Dissatisfied to say the least!
