I have used Haart for several years as a professional landlord, I have found them always to be fantastic going the extra distance to get the property let, I have used other agents in the area and have found there approach to be very black and white and rejecting good tenants. I have been able to grow my business successfully and believe that Haart have played an integral part of that success. By Name I would highly recommend Erin at Sheppeton and Bethan the area manager who are truly worth there weight in gold

Had to leave feedback regarding Haart in Sheppertons Letting Agent Fozley Topadar. From the first initial conversation, to the viewing , He was always polite, friendly and most importantly delivered a very personal approach. We didn't feel like just a number on the list . Foz worked really hard with us to get us into our property. He went aboveg and beyond his job, we feel very blessed to have had him as our letting agent as tenants.Thank you Foz Thank you to the rest of Haart , your staff are always so professional and friendly .

This was the first time I had worked with Haart for my property search after working with so many other estate agents and I wish I worked with them a lot earlier! I have to say the whole process from the start to finish has been a completely seamless and a pleasurable experience. Lauren helped with all the initial negotiations and did such a great job she successfully secured our house, I cannot thank you enough. Anthony Argent helped us with our mortgage. Anthony has to be one of the best mortgage advisors I have worked with to date. Extremely helpful, professional and ensuring a completely smooth process for us. Not only that we really felt like we could trust him which is so important with big decisions like these. I am extremely happy with everything Anthony has done and nothing is ever an issue for him, he would even answer my calls outside of usual working hours and wold stay late to cover any concerns. Really happy to have Anthony as our mortgage advisor. Also thanks to George Ott for all his help after the sale with ongoing visits to the property with our externals builders etc very helpful. I highly recommend Haart Estate agents and Anthony as a mortgage advisor. Winning team. Thanks once again for a pleasurable service.

I have never had such a smooth experience dealing with a lettings agency as Haart, or a lettings agent as Gurdeep Singh. Of course the viewings are always smooth and full of promises but he went above his call to show us the right property and was very understanding of our circumstances. It was an instant sell, we took the property in 5 minutes. I suggest when do you get dealing consider Gurdeep for his people skills and of course a great personality.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
