GooglePaul at Ruslip Manor and his staff were very helpful with the purchase of a property. Glenda at Eastcote who progressed the sale was also very good in getting things moving to avoid delays on all sides. All in all Lawrance Rand provided a great service from viewing through to exchange.

Local agent Rebecca helped me through my search for a property to rent and made sure to help me through all the steps involved in the renting process. GoogleFirst, Sean at the Eastcote branch was spot-on about both the price of the house I was selling, and the best way to market it, I had five offers within a week of it going on the market. Then, Glenda offered invaluable support all along the way, from recommending a fast, efficient solicitor at the start, to a house clearance guy at the end. When we hit an unexpected hitch, she kept everything rolling along without delay, and really went above and beyond at every step. Every call was returned, every email forwarded, every piece of information in place always. I can't recommend the team highly enough.

Glenda Hall in particular has help push effectively the process through from top of the chain right to the bottom of the chain she leaves no stone unturned. Horrible!! Not sure where they get my email address from but asked them multiple times to take my email off of their spam list and they would not listen. Obviously the UNSUBSCRIBE button does nothing. Kept on getting their daily spam until I added their whole domain to black list. AVOID!!!

GoogleRecently tried to arrange a viewing with them and they gave a real hard time just to book appointment. I had to constantly chase them for the update. They messed up the address and provided wrong property details and then to add to further agony on the appointment day the sales agent turned up 1/2 late!! Sales Manager apologised but I think it was too little too late as he must be aware of the whole procedure. SUGGESTION- PLEASE INCREASE THE NUMBER OF STAFFS IN YOUR AGENCY OR DON'T CHARGE SUCH A HIGH COMMIISSION.
