It has been a long process due to the chain unfortunately falling through however Coopers were quick to react and had new viewings and a second buyer lined up within a week to not jeopardise the purchase on our new home. I have rented a house through Coopers, when I moved in, Mathew Williams made regular checks to ensure we are settling in and kept me posted about the paper works and some of the other repair work at the house. When I had issues with the boiler, he proactively visited the house and spoke to the owner and replaced it in no time, I really appreciate the dedication and efforts taken by him. GoogleWell after 33 years of being in estate agency this has to be the first time I'am professionally giving another estate agent a Google review and five stars too. In our business unfortunately there's a lot of miscommunication, inability to work together, distrust of each other, blame passing you name it and that's without having to manage all our clients and solicitors expectations and limitations. During the last 12 weeks Luca has been exceptional with his communication, timing of this and crucially he really CARES! An honest young man who is driven clearly to not only do what he says he will SELL your home he even deals well with incompetencies within the conveyance and gets things on track. As a first time buyer he made sure to explain the process and made my experience of buying a house easy and stress free. My currently tenancy agreement was ending and would have forced me to become homeless if the property was not completed on time, Luca went above and beyond to make sure that the property was completed before the end of my tenancy agreement.
