FacebookI was a client for over 6 years my rental property was destroyed in an arson attack I was offered temporary emergency accommodation but no attempt was made to find me a new property the lettings manager told me that as my circumstances had changed and I was now clinically vulnerable it would be 'difficult ' to find a landlord to accept me as my income was now from the government I had to fight for my deposit to be refunded this took over 2 months. this company have neglected their duty of care to a vulnerable long standing client they never return calls and just send a generic reply to emails if you are looking for a responsive professional company these people are not for you

GoogleI personally wouldn’t recommend Coopers for their Letting and Rent Collection services, as it was anything but a smooth service and at times quite stressful. When it was time for renewal, the communication was extremely poor nearly putting me at risk of not finding tenants in time. The contract had mistakes and the first month’s rent collection was wrong. When it came to the end of the tenancy, an old template email was sent with incorrect information on both deposit and inventory, so you can tell their service is not personalised to their customers. Not particularly sure why I was paying Coopers a fee when I could have done a better job myself. Considering how many good reviews Coopers have, maybe I was just extremely unlucky in all aspects, but overall, very disappointed in their services for something which should have been their bread and butter. More than happy for you to get in touch if you would like more direct feedback.

GoogleThis is most dishonest tenancy company This is very dishonest tenancy company, everything is ok until you don't vacate the flat. All problems and hidden charges start to appear after you vacate the property. They took more money than me and they don't give it. Hidden charges come out and they hide them. The worst letting agency ever, please AVOID them.
