FacebookFab!!!! Greg, Matt and Rhys were amazing - they sold my house and managed to smooth out any hiccups that we had along the way. I wouldn't of changed estate agent at all - Greg made our house sale as easy and smooth as any house sale can be. Not only did Greg ensure we got lots of viewings he also provided great and honest feedback. GoogleI have decided to change my review of Luca at Coopers Residential Ruislip Manor from 5stars to no stars! For 5 months we have been trying to purchase a particular property in Ruislip Gardens. One week before completion, we found out that Luca and the sellers had colluded together to find another buyer behind our backs. He lied to us for several months, having us believe we were to complete on the property, only to find out that they decided to sell to the other buyers. We have lost thousands of pounds and we are absolutely heartbroken. Cannot believe that there are people in the world who do things like this. We even started our little boy in the local school, but now we have no house to move to. Utterly broken. We will be pursuing a formal complaint to the property ombudsman.
