GoogleService was wonderful at first in my sales process -listing the house, great photos, board up promptly. But as soon as the house was under offer, the service fell off a cliff. The estate agents representing the house I'm buying can't get hold of CDC, even for urgent queries, so come to me. My buyer had a survey 6 weeks ago which sparked a bit of renegotiation. This could have been relatively straightforward with prompt communication but over a month of chasing CDC and we're no nearer resolution (and almost every time I call I speak to a different team member who is now covering it with no idea of background or what is going on.) I've tried establishing deadlines - those Im buying from are getting nervous- but these are ignored. I've told them since I've signed a gazeal for my purchase I need to keep moving forward, but this is ignored too. I dont know if its lack of capacity, or competence, or simple disinterest, but their inability to offer the most basic support is pushing me to the point where I'll have no choice but to walk away from an advanced sale and start again. I'm only hanging in there because were got so far down the line, and its not the buyer's fault. But that can't go on forever. I genuinely feel this process would have been less stressful and moved more quickly had these estate agents not been involved at all. Such a shame.
Hi Faye, I believe the team are in contact with you and this is being handled. We appreciate the sale stage is very difficult when buyers renegotiate etc and it must be handled sensitively and if we've fallen short in any areas we will do our best to put that right.

GoogleI was becoming very disappointed with the service I was receiving, luckily this changed when Anjali took over the management of my account. She met me in person so I knew exactly who I was dealing with, which is always a nice touch. From the outset I had complete confidence that she was the right person. Whenever I had a problem she would communicate with me and the problem was dealt with very professionally and quickly. Every landlord needs an Anjali. First rate.

FacebookI needed to sell my home and quickly. James came out to me within hours was friendly informative and very knowledgeable. He gave me a realistic time frame and price. Within a few days the photos were taken -excellent ones at that - and was ready to be out on the market I signed up in the morning within a couple of hours was sold for the asking price. The transition was seamless and Angie and her team couldn’t have been more helpful going above and beyond expectations when I threw a curve ball. At all times they put their client first and know a great match when they see one. Thanks guys you made a very stressful situation so easy! Even recommended a fantastic solicitor to boot!
