Can’t recommend Luke Humphries enough. We’re only at the first stage of having an offer accepted , but Luke has gone above and beyond for us, working out of hours to do viewings with us, constantly kept us updated. Luke isn’t a pushy salesman like most, he listened to everything we wanted. The house we’ve had the offer accepted on, wasn’t one we were considering but luke seemed to think it would suit us and said to view it, so glad we did. Keep up the good work Luke.

For some reason the sales progressor (Kim?) thought it apt to give misleading information to our buyer about deadlines and tried to manipulate the story of the sale which led to a huge amount of unnecessary stress. It was against all odds that the sale didn’t completely collapse for a second time at the very last minute. That was down to damage limitation by savvy solicitors elsewhere in the chain and by direct communications between buyers and sellers by-passing misinformation and building trust. Such tactics are just not ethical and thankfully not all agents in this company or others are like this.

We recently bought our first home through C Residential. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience From Ang and the team. From our very first viewing, the team made us feel welcome and never once pressured, something we really appreciated after dealing with other agents who felt quite pushy. Throughout the process, things didn’t always go smoothly (as is often the case with buying a home!), but the team were always available when we needed them, quick to respond to questions, and kept us as informed as possible at every stage. Their patience and professionalism really stood out, and it made a stressful process feel so much more manageable. I have to say a huge thank you to Jasmine who went over and above to help resolve a rental payment issue, which happened on the eve of her holiday outside of working hours. She responded to emails, proposed a solution, checked and followed up with the tenant and the payment system. The before 9am on Saturday morning, the first day of her official holiday/time off she checked to ensure payment had been made, and cleared payment on the system for me. This resulted in me being able to meet my mortgage payment on time. Thank you Jasmine I really appreciate what you did for me.

After a completely horrendous experience with a Stafford agent, we listed our family home with Webbs (C-Residential when we first signed up with them). Despite merging their businesses and moving their systems over, the service we received was excellent. Big shout out to Amy for answering my endless questions, and Rebecca in the Cannock branch who took over once we'd agreed a sale. I'd highly recommend Webbs Rugeley branch and would advise anyone in the Haywoods, or other local villages, to sidestep the Stafford agencies and put your trust in Amy and her team. Webbs are proactive, rather than reactive, and we really felt as though they earned their commission, rather than waited for a sale to fall into their laps. It was (thankfully) a complete contrast to our initial experience. Amy's knowledge and handling of my parents' house-sale really restored our faith in estate agents.

I completed within 2 months of my first enquiry right until getting the keys- 100% would use Webbs again. Communication is amazing, would let me view as many times as I wanted. They didn’t push hard for sales or money like some estate agents, easy to talk to, efficient. All team greets you when they walk in, they have a family feel about them (will support you with any help and questions you need- big or small without making you feel stupid or uncomfortable as a first time buyer) I also used Talbots Law Cannock for my solicitors- Rachel there is amazing, really quick response time, really helpful. Decent price too and they are linked to Webbs as well so speeds everything up in regard to communicating and completion and makes the whole experience less stressful Sophie is inside Webbs too she’s a mortgage advisor and is very knowledgeable. She’ll answer any question you have and got me my mortgage straight away with no troubles. Ang is thorougher, goes above and beyond for you. I've tried to view several properties to no avail. Some of the staff are completely incompetent and unprofessional. Given I'm relocating from 3.5 hours away due to a bereavement, am a cash buyer and have no chain, I hoped they would be a little more helpful. Completely messed about with 2 of my viewings. The only person worth a mention in the Old Town office is Luke who did at least try and help with issues.
