FacebookDavid and the team are fantastic. They made the whole process so easy, quick and stress free. This was especially important to us, as we have two dogs and needed to fit viewings around them. Couldn't recommend them highly enough if you have a place to sell.

GoogleVery professional genuine company that cares about its customers. There are some fake 1 star reviews on here which are from a pathetic person harassing the company. Please ignore these.

FacebookFrom start to finish David was professional and helpful. David sold my house within a few days of it going on the market, he always went the extra mile with anything I needed. I highly recommend Picklescott Homes for buying and selling your home.

GoogleBit of a late review as I moved in last summer but I have been meaning to rate the top service I received for a while now from Picklescott homes. As a first time buyer they were very helpful throughout the whole process, David did my viewings and put across my case and offer to the seller, luckily having no chain paid off for me. Naz in the office then took over guiding me along the way with what needed to happen next, regularly checking in and communicating progress. Covid-19 made it a long process but we got over the line in the end and picklescott made it as smooth as possiblePositiveProfessionalism

GoogleThis is the second property we sold through David. He is totally reliable and trustworthy and gives a realistic appraisal to enable sellers to meet their expectations. His back office staff also are extremely proactive and supportive in every way. Without hesitation would appoint Picklescott Homes again.

FacebookSelling a house can be a very emotional experience no matter what your circumstances are. I cannot recommend Picklescott Homes enough. Honesty and efficiency go hand in hand with these guys! Thanks David and Ash for your solid performance throughout.

GoogleDavid and Team Picklescott are the rare unicorn of estate agents! At every stage of our house sale, they worked with integrity, honesty and transparency. Finding a buyer turned out to be the easy part, and we understand that getting the sale through to completion took dedication, commitment and skill. They're an excellent boutique firm who cared for us and our sale. They communicated with us clearly at every stage and with their solid knowledge of the market coupled with their tenacity we were on the market, sold (for more than we anticipated!) and complete in a very tight window of time. It's so easy to recommend these lovely people because they were a delight to work with!

FacebookI have recently sold and purchased my new home through Picklescott Homes. They were always very willing to help with queries, giving prompt responses. Polite, friendly and approachable with none of the stereotypical cocky estate agent behaviour I have experienced in the past. I would defiantly recommend them to my friends and family. They are also very competitive on pricing and I estimate I saved myself a good proportion of the stamp duty I had to pay out from their low fees. Overall very impressed with them.

GoogleI was recommended Picklescott Homes from a neighbour who had recently sold with David Smylie and I would do the same to anyone. We had a flawless professional service and Davidโs unique marketing achieved a record sale for our house, with 15 viewings and 6 offers within a week of marketing. And to top it all, their commission is highly competitive. 5*

Googleno stars for a pathetic service which cost me a purchase. That Claire never called me back in regards to a property.

GoogleAfter trying to sell our house unsuccessfully with another agent for 6 months we were very disheartened and not very optimistic at the prospect of trying again. โฆ

FacebookCurrently interested in a few of the properties this estate agent has to offer but they don't bother to return any calls or emails. I am a cash buyer having just sold my own property and will now take my money elsewhere!
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
