A first-class service from a first-class team at Picklescott Homes! Our chain was tiny, but nevertheless had some challenges and Naz ensured everything was handled in a professional, steadfast manner. Communication was excellent, even emailing in the evening when there was an important update for me. All too often sellers are not seen as important and the emphasis is on the buyer, but not with Picklescott, as a seller, I actually felt this time we were important. Naz was an absolute delight to deal with. His genuine enthusiasm, consideration, transparency and kindness from our initial telephone call, right through to completion, never wavered. An outstanding service and I really wish David and the team the very best for the future.… they deserve it! (I rarely write reviews, but had no hesitation this time)

David and the team at Picklescott Homes were the only link in the chain that were an absolute please to deal with. Nothing is too much trouble for them and even before we listed with them, they gave us more useful and honest advice about the selling process than the previous agent we were actually listed with (one of the reasons we decided to use them after our sale with another agent fell through). Amazingly, we got an offer on our house within a day of listing. They are a credit to their profession and we wouldn't hesitate in using them again in the future.

A week later we had accepted the top offer of the 9 offers we had on the table! David and his team were absolutely impeccable throughout the whole process, so a huge thank you goes to them. Everyone loves to hate Estate Agents and I couldn't think of another decent one in Rugby (having now bought and sold 2 houses there), but not only are the Picklescott Homes team superbly professional they are trustworthy, friendly and amazing at what they do! I contacted Picklescott and two other agents to value my mother's house. The three valuations were very different, one I considered too low, one too high and one just right from Picklescott - actually right in the middle! I initially met David Smylie and was very comfortable with his approach, the marketing strategy and, importantly, the level of fees. We achieved a very good price mostly because David had suggested the right marketing strategy and the correct guide price to spike interest which resulted in numerous viewings and several offers. He subsequently handled the negotiations really well and having agreed the sale, everything progressed really smoothly from there. David had also suggested the solicitors to use and a house clearance man - both of whom were very helpful, easy to deal with and good value. He and his team are very professional, extremely helpful, very likeable and I have no hesitation in recommending them (in fact, already have!).
