Couldn’t be happier with the service from David and Claire. We initially chose Picklescott because the house we fell in love with was listed with them, and although we hadn’t used them before, we’re so glad we decided to list our own property with them too. Their communication was outstanding throughout what turned into quite a rollercoaster, with delays caused by solicitors further down the chain. They were always proactive in chasing updates and keeping us informed, ensuring responses from all parties. Truly went above and beyond, so we couldn’t have asked for more!

Start to finish - on the market and sold and moved in within 3 months! Amazing! I wanted to sell my property and was happy with £350k, he valued it at £375 and thought we could get that for the house so we went with it. The property went on the market on a Thursday the following Saturday we had 10 Viewings booked in back to back between 10-2pm. Come Monday we had 4 offers, 1 being the £375 we wanted and a first time buyer. We accepted. Communication was great throughout updates every few days. Towards the end we had problems with our buyer wanting to keep certain items of furniture and white goods. David helped to stand firm with the buyer and kept the sale going through smoothly I don’t believe we would have moved in time and got in before the stamp without David’s help and support to make it happen! Thank you, we are so glad we chose you to sell our home and highly recommend to anyone trying to find a trustworthy estate agent

We chose Picklescott after viewing a home with David and finding the experience personable, rather than a conveyor belt corporate affair. After trying to sell our house unsuccessfully with another agent for 6 months we were very disheartened and not very optimistic at the prospect of trying again. However, Picklescott helped us secure a buyer within just 3 weeks of going to market, and supported us through the process to enable us to complete the transaction in just over 4 weeks, during possibly the busiest time for the housing market in recent years. I cannot recommend them enough, their professionalism and honesty really shone through and the whole team was always on hand to help us with anything we needed. David was very friendly and knowledgeable about our house, the area and the selling process and made us feel at ease straight away. It was an easy decision to put our house on the market with Picklescott 🏡! How can they approve you ask???!!! By telling the truth and stop marketing sold houses as available months after an offer has been accepted for a start. To not illegally market houses when not in receipt of legal paperwork required and blatently lie about it. Fake reviews from family and friends and threatened with the police for speaking the truth (myself). List goes on. Pm me for the horror story I've had to live through the last year on top of grieving my dad from the likes of this 'man', rogue 'family' members and untrustworthy 'solicitor ' Find yourself a trustworthy reputable estate agent and not a shark and dishonest as they come one. Hope every penny is going back into the Trust Fund and not into the named bank accounts! By the way new owners - you have illegally been sold items belonging to myself in with the sale that my mother and Co had no right to sell and refused to give back - this matter will be going to Court with the rest of the disgraceful illegal behaviour that has gone on with the selling of my late father's house. ps any comments will be forwarded to the Police and noted for Court due to previous threats and online bullying i have received from this man's friends and family all for speaking the truth but have been told am legally entitled to let others know of the dreadful experience i received and others should not feel unable to do the same. This 'man' and rogue 'family' and solicitor prevented myself from fulfilling a role as a Trustee to my late father's Will like themselves that was stated in his Will for me to do - to make sure the selling of his house was being legally abided to and no wrong doings as my father was well aware of family members previous history when it comes to financial affairs but not only was my signature forged into legal matters throughout as I was completely ostracised and told to 'butt out as I had no say in the selling of the house by them all - they were permitted to do all that they have. Truely criminal.New owners of a house that was also very undervalued 125 Percival Road Rugby)- i would seek a reputable solicitor- not Brethertons and have the legal paperwork to my dad's house going over with extreme scrutiny and fine comb as I signed my name as a Trustee to nothing and certainly not to this sale so any signatures with my name are forged -just saying! - i await my property back too please you are illegally in possession of as should not have been sold with the house - Brethertons are in receipt to the list of goods (3 times given to them over the last 5 months plus my mother 👍). Why the hell still advertising as completely sold months ago yet still putting sstc?? And not one penny returned to the Trust Fund????? By the way told Mr Smylie has reported me as didnt like my truthful review to his fake ones and had it taken down. Now does that not speak for itself???!!!

I couldn't believe it when the property sold in a few days and for a higher price than listed. I was kept fully informed throughout and nothing was too much trouble. From start to finish Picklescott (especially David, but all his team were wonderful). David came and valued the house, and gave a figured based on not only his experience but all on current market research. The photos were amazing (almost made me want to not sell) and he set up a single day of viewings to reduce any inconvenience to myself and my young family. We received multiple offers and David was able to guide me on who to choose, not necessarily the biggest offer, but the one that was committed to completing the purchase. As with most sales there was plenty of forward and backwards between the solicitors, but David and his team worked very hard to communicate effectively and openly with all parties. Even months later David would arrange to collect any post not redirected. If you want someone who will work hard for you, communicate effectively and build working relationship with not only sellers but also buyers then David and his team are for you! I would absolutely recommend Picklescott Homes if you wish to sell your property.
