Great service before, during and after the sale. Leisa in the sales office was brilliant and really helpful throughout the whole process. The site guys Steve Kelly and Richard King can't do enough with any query and are very attentive. Really impressed with the house; the standard of build and the finish.

Absolute sh@t company The build quality of their Upnor development is shocking with many apartments letting in water. Their workforce consists of mainly Unskilled workers who are more interested in a goulash dinner that the quality of their work The management is about as much use as an ashtray on a motorbike with many serious faults still on the property’s when they left site

Misleading doesn't begin to describe this company. The initial buying of the house was an excellent experience and went smoother than expected. The spiel given to us was all promising and we were assured 'customer care' would look after us.This was not the truth.6 months into living here our kitchen worktop and cupboards need ripping out and replacing due to water damage that was present on the day we moved in, and we were assured there and then that it would be sorted. 'Customer Care' have wiped their hands of it saying it's our problem and we have to sort it out. On top of this we've had issues with shoddy workmanship, for example when touching up paint meaning a ceiling had to be painted 3 times, as well as us having to fight for our garden to be returfed as it was like the surface of the moon, yet we were told "there's nothing wrong with it!". I've given 2 stars - 1, because I do like my house despite its issues and 2, because the sales team were very helpful and helped us get the sales of our old houses through.Unfortunately, 'Customer Care' do in fact not care and for this reason alone I cannot recommend buying a new house from Mulberry

We received excellent customer service from Steve and Faye at Mulberry Homes during the whole process from purchasing the property to induction. We have now be handed over to another team and hope that they will be as caring, attentive and pro-active as Faye and Steve.

Overall we have had a very positive experience with Mulberry. The snags on our house (6 or 7 minor issues) were all dealt with in a swift and professional manner. The gardens and open space are much better than we found when looking at other house builders.

Horrendous organisation, ripped off, another buyer got an extra 20,000 off the same property as us after discussing in out neighbour WhatsApp group. Not informed about any steps moving forward, unbelievable amount of snagging to be done still, it’s been 1 year almost. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Moved in to the Clifton development a while ago now and have to say the whole journey has been seamless.The sales negotiator couldn't do enough to answer queries and kept me informed of progress updates throughout the purchase.Impressed with the build quality too. Having seen numerous other competitor properties I'm more than than with my purchase. The minimal amount of snags have been dealt with swiftly.Thank-you Mulberry!
