We could not fault Howkins and Harrison when they acted for us to sell our property.Their market knowledge and dedication were a true credit to them and I have absolutely no qualms whatsoever in recommending them to any future sellers who are looking for an agent to act on their behalf.The one real attribute that sets them above all other agent we have had dealings with in the past is that “THEY CARE PASSIONATELY ABOUT THEIR ROLE AND ALWAYS HAVE THE BEST INTERESTS OF THE CLIENT AT HEART”.We were never left in the dark and were contacted regularly to update us on the sale progress.Well done Howkins and Harrison but I really must single out Christopher Ollerenshaw for his professionalism and dedication.Malcolm Turner

TrustpilotSuccessful Sale despite difficulties
The house sale was well launched and Howkins found a suitable buyer in an acceptable period. Although only a 4 party chain, the sale process was very awkward, particularly coping with a party who had used inferior agents (Purple Bricks) and low cost legal services. They were a nightmare to work with (wouldn't communicate, lost documents, etc.).The success of the sale (for us and the whole chain) was very largely down to the persistence, patience and effort input by Beth and Alison in the Lutterworth branch. Well done!

Applied for a property and had to keep asking agent for updates; agent Melissa replied saying we would get notified once the landlord took a decision, but we never received such update. Now just found out said property has already been let. never seen anything so unprofessional before!!
I am sorry to hear that you are disappointed. I have checked with Melissa and unfortunately, as she explained at the time of your application, your credentials did not meet the requirements of the landlords, you were one of four applicants and the landlord decided to take a different applicant into the lease. Melissa assures me that you were informed of this decision as soon as it was made. Again, sorry that you are disappointed, but the review you have left does not match the communication on our records. We wish you luck finding premises.
