GoogleWe were purchasers of a house listed by F&C (Whalley) - the communication around the the process was strong as were answers to any questions we had which were relayed to the sellers and which were subsequently always answered in good time and thoroughly. Additionally the marketing material around the property was of a very high quality. If there was any constructive feedback it would be around the detail surrounding the property itself - when extensions/alterations were made as well as the general background to the house (e.g. when it was built and any ancillary history) - noting that this will be such a considerable purchase to any buyer we felt the agents should have this info to hand. We found all staff very friendly and extremely helpful throughout and would certainly consider the team if we ever marketed our own house.

GoogleI cannot praise Sam and Claire enough, from our very first meeting we knew we wanted them to sell our home. They were knowledgeable about not only the local area but also in terms of the market and the economy. They were reliable and professional throughout plus they did exactly what they said they would do (rare amongst estate agents these days). First class service from a first class company.
