The progression of both our sale and purchase was far from straightforward, but they made a complex situation feel completely effortless. ​What truly sets them apart is their deeply personal approach; having dedicated people who were contactable at all times made a world of difference. Unlike the experience you often get with other agents, they were on hand to support and help us throughout the entire journey. ​Claire went above and beyond to push the exchange through, taking on every burden and liaising with all the right people at exactly the right time, taking all the stress and hassle off our shoulders, and we honestly don't think we could have got this over the line without her. We sold our house through Fine & Country. Liz Teasdale and Nicola Lorraine held our hands every step of the way. They promptly answered any queries we had, were reassuring when the process was at its most pedantic and calmed us down when we were stressed. From the superb photos taken at the start, all the way through the whole process Nicola and Liz were professional and attentive and we cannot recommend them highly enough. They might be slightly more expensive than other Estate Agents but they were worth every penny. So glad we used Liz and Nicola.

In an extremely tough housing market Claire and Sam did a fantastic job selling our house in a very short time scale after another estate agent failed to do so in 6 months. They provided sound commercial advice and were very proactive in contacting potential buyers that enabled our sale. Working with Claire and Sam at Fine & Country has been a real pleasure. Sam gave direct and open guidance on our property and his valuation and expectations on time to gain an offer was totally accurate. We secured an offer in 5 weeks and felt supported throughout the sale process ensuring a successful sale. Marketing is expensive but good quality but ultimately the outcome is what counts. Good value for the services provided and very supportive and pleasant to work with. Always a stressful time when selling but Sam and Claire made it as painful as free as possible. Liz and Nicola from F&C Rugby provided a first class service throughout the process of selling my late father's house. They were very supportive and always happy to attend the premises, not just for viewings but when I needed to give other trades access (as I live 300 miles away) and in my opinion went above and beyond at every step. F&C were not the cheapest quote we had, but were worth every penny: their marketing was superb and quickly generated a lot of interest in the house (far more than we expected) which led to a good offer. They continued to be in close communication throughout the legal process, gave good advice, and diplomatically negotiated a couple of bumps in the process to ensure everything continued on track. Nothing was too much trouble - even helping to lift a stain out of the carpet which was discovered when the last of the furniture was moved out! I can't thank them enough for helping make an emotionally and logistically difficult process as smooth as possible.

Claire and Sam are a fantastic team and did a brilliant job selling our house. We needed to sell quickly in order to secure the house we wanted and bw able to place a formal offer. They worked at speed, when I requested a valuation they respond immediately and launched our sale within a couple of weeks. Their service was first rate and included a pre launch video, a promotional video and an open day. We were able to secure our asking price, so our purchase could proceed. Their communication to us kept us fully informed throughout the process and all queries were dealt with in a timely manner. On a personal level we found Claire and Sam lovely professional people to deal with and they were always focused on delivery of great customer service. We highly recommend them.

In truth all of the team at Fine and Country were nothing short of exceptional. Both Amber and Emma, Ed and Myles were patient attentive and all round great people to deal with. As the buyer F&C RV were firm but fair and represented their clients well and as an assistance to the buyer, they were there every step of the way, smoothing the path between buyer and seller. Claire has been fantastic throughout our sale and purchase. I always thought estate agents were just there to help sell your house but as things progressed with our sale and purchase, we realised what an important role they also play in keeping the chain together and progressing things with all the solicitors. I cannot recommend Liz and Nicola enough. We went to look at a house that was not quite right for us, but Liz and Nicola, after spending some time with us, showing us around and gauging what we liked and what we didn't, recommended we look at another house they had on their books. With their efficient scheduling and prompt action, Liz and Nicola arranged a viewing for us immediately. The house was a perfect match, leading us to make an offer on the spot and move in just 12 weeks later. From a buyer's point of view, they could not have been more helpful - allowing us access to the house to measure up and get the feel of the place for furniture, etc. - equally and perhaps more importantly, they had a fantastic relationship with the seller so when we asked a question the communication was quick and accurate.
